What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

I've put in my second request for Loan Application Forms from a non-bank lender. I didn't receive a reply to my first request 4 weeks ago. How long should I wait for a reply to my second request? What's the best thing to do if I don't get a reply to my second request? I'm pretty sure my non-bank lender is playing possum ... Thanks Lisa   Hi Lisa:   Do not write requests.  Phone the BANK or call in to the bank, talk to their staff.  If staff tell you NO then ask reason why not.  Then ring again (3 times) and speak with different person.  If same silly response: Email me with their stupid response and I will write to Bank and demand the LAF.  I will also POST stupid response on our website so you can also see which bank or non bank is not co-operating.  Your job to...

    My non-bank lender has said they will send the borrower income information and ID and proof, statements etc for the Lo Doc loan. I

    Hi DN, yes your LAF is absolutely necessary, it makes no difference whether you were working or not at the time of loan approval.
