MORTGAGE
DISTRESS SOS

What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Hi to all,            Please forgive me if I sound erratic because I cannot fathom the dribble.  It is just beyond me!! The time frame may be out - FOS COSL etc but to be honest I couldn't be bothered entertaining any energy on these dingbats at the moment. Received a letter from FOS after they re opened our case realizing that BNY Trust who apparently had our supposed account was under the FOS banner after all.  Now mind you this account has gone from HLP to Pepper Home Loans to Mobius to Perpetual under the guise of JP Morgan Trust somewhere.. then somehow materialized under BNY trust. I may have even missed someone out there, after harassing everyone for my LAF and other documents, which I might add are all doctored bollocks!! And I didn't get them all! The complaint went from COSL to FOS then back to...

omment is free 'In corrupt systems, decent people have two options: conform or be crushed' According to Vince Cable, the emergence of a new breed of 'decent' bankers will guard against further financial outrages. But until we recognise that the system itself is flawed, banks will go on turning ordinary workers into shameless shysters and get-rich-quick merchants Share150   Email Fintan O'Toole The Observer, Saturday 30 June 2012 21.00 BST Jump to comments (85) Allied Irish Bank, where whistle-blowers were either dismissed or marginalised. Calling the shysters by their proper names is satisfying – and it may be the only satisfaction the public will get. But it is also, oddly enough, rather naive. For it assumes that better, more decent people wouldn't end up manipulating interest rates or mis-selling financial products. All the evidence from the many scandals of recent years is that...

"It is not necessary to bury the truth. It is sufficient merely to delay it until nobody cares -- Napoleon Bonaparte" This must have been the motto of the Australian Public "Masters" for years! The unelected have run the country. Look at the results. More bureaucracy and less democracy. That's how they created "stability" - a hung parliament is the perfect justification. And nothing really changes beyond the window dressing. "Great coats on - great coats off"... Their objective? "Maintain the status quo and our positions and pay rises, our power and security ie. basically more of the same while politicians come and go. We run this country - forget that at your peril. Don't call us/treat us like public servants." And they're nasty if you try to threaten them in any way - not really nasty publicly, of course. It's all behind closed doors - that's how political power works....

Thankyou to Denise and all BFCSA members, workers, staff, committee, friends and supporters around the world! A special thankyou to Denise for her assistance and ideas in this post. She is one very special person.   It's time for a "big push" to get our voices heard in Canberra :) PLEASE GET YOUR PENS OUT - IT'S LETTER WRITING TIME! - BIG TIME THIS TIME! The Australian Senate Inquiry into Post GFC Banking is due to issue a report on 31st October (less than three weeks away). The report will be a public document viewable on the Senate website. Now is a very good time to lobby politicians from the hearings if you want changes made as they will be discussing and preparing the report over the next few days/weeks: Please pass the word on to everyone you know. A non-partisan solution (minus the politics) is needed. Please encourage the Senators...

For years Gadens have had the lion's share of the action in the Australian Mortgage Fraud. It is a matter of public record that they have defended the perpetrators of Fraud, orchestrated the bullying and repeated efforts to intimidate blameless and innocent home owners and witnesses to the Court hearings all in the name of "Justice" - and been allowed to get away with it by some of the "bank blinded" Australian judiciary! If you'd like a few samples of Gadens' handiwork on behalf of NAB, Bank West, Ing and others use the BFCSA blog search engine or see austlii.edu.au Gadens aren't the only lawyers willing to do this type of work.  After all this BANK SCAM has been going on for years under the watchful eye of both major Australian Political Parties. All borrowers and BFCSA members should check their documentation and report in with a list of all legal...

David Collyer was right. Denise's evidence and assertions are based in many years' research. There is no room for speculation in the black and white of her evidence. It's FRAUD. What is more it is intentional, premeditated and well organised systemic fraud. How can the regulators and the politicians deny the facts and keep their credibility? They can't. Further evidence has been revealed since the initial hearing at the Senate Inquiry. It underlines the even greater need for a Royal Commission. The Australian public want the truth. Investors want the truth. Borrowers want the truth. Our international reputation is also under scrutiny. Surely it is part of the job description of any chief regulator or parliamentary representative to supply informed, well-researched answers not off the cuff comments based on assumptions and their own opinion in order to protect their jobs! They are paid handsomely to supervise and ensure the stability our...

We received a letter today (circular), jointly from the Australian Crime Commission, Queensland Police, ASIC, &  Australia post..   I PRESUME THAT IT RELATES TO THE CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES OF THE BANKS  ?     It clearly states :  ORGANISED CRIMINAL GROUPS are targeting the savings of Australians through investment frauds !!!       What do you think?      It states : " Dear householder The AustralianCrime Commission Board has recently warned that organised criminal groups are targeting the savings of Australians through investment frauds. Many Australians, including experienced investors who undertake research, have lost their entire savings to these investment frauds. Law enforcement advises that the criminals offering these investment opportunities use persuasive tactics, sophisticated websites & legitimate looking brochures. Australia post is partnering with the Australian Crime Commission, ASIC, & every state and territory police force in the country to further raise awareness of these investment frauds and...

Posted by on in BANKSTERS
by Paul Maley The Australian September 10, 2012 INVESTMENT fraudsters are impersonating regulators, creating fake websites and even manipulating search-engine results to prevent victims obtaining information about their scams in a series of increasingly sophisticated methods that have authorities worried. Australian Crime Commission executive director David Lacey warned that the high Australian dollar, combined with the relative weakness of North American and European economies, had created new opportunities for organised criminals seeking to maximise profits. Posted by on in Bankers A Law Unto Themselves
Often when you tell people your story and plight with the banks or to the media- they comment - but you signed the papers. My next question to them is - so you think it is okay that fraud has been committed and that the Banks are profiting from it? Are you saying that the banks are above the law and should not be accountable to the rules set by the law of this country.  No matter which way you look at it - a crime has been commited and it needs to be investigated. Isn't that why we have laws for?  Crime is crime. No sugar coating of it or exceptions. When put that way to most people - they understand better and agree - if fraud has been committed - it needs to be investigated. So if you speak to the media - make sure you ask that question. Remain focused...
