MORTGAGE
DISTRESS SOS

What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

In making requests to our Bank for LAF's (Loan Application Forms) including supporting documents and Serviceability Calculators, both by means of telephone conversations and more recently by registered letter and requests by personal visits we received:

1. Loan contract documents, NOT LAF's.

2. We wrote letters requesting the LAF's to the Bank's CEO and two other officers.

3. We didn't receive LAF's.

4. Three requests were then sent to FOS requesting LAF's.

5. We have not been provided with any LAF's from anyone.

6. The Bank after further personal communication with the Regional Office requesting LAF's has still not provided any documentation as requested.

The question remains is the Bank following a standard obfuscation procedure or are they hiding something they do not want us to know?

After 12 months of frustration it stinks all the way to the Moon!!!

This does not surprise me Trevor. Wouldn't be the deceptive Nab would it. I tried for 4 years to get the Laf's. Nab's final comment:
After extensive search Laf's could not be located. CAN YOU GUESS WHY? The Broker never completed any applications. The loan was arranged between the Broker and Nab BDM. No authorities, no nothing EXCEPT. The document for the Broker to receive his .5% commission as an accredited broker. Isn't that a JOKE. Isn't that the lowest of low acts. We have now lost our home of 42 years. My daughter has lost her home of many years. Forged signatures, breaches of privacy, over valuation of properties, altering employment details, making up fictitious company names as employers, no previous tax returns, on and on it goes.

Like you GYPSY I have had a long ongoing battle with Nab. I can only say that Nab, its solicitors could not lie straight in Bed. What a pack of vultures they are. Deny every bit of factual evidence you put up for them and if that doesn't work Nab just lose documents conveniently. The Nab Solicitors are corkers. They ignore you like you do not exist. What a sheltered bunch of b......ds they all are.
They reckon that the Solicitors that take on the Nabs works are just the gutter crawlers. Don't know never been that desperate to stoop that low myself.

Good on you, Jolly Swagman, for persisting and letting us know what happened.
Lots of NAB cases just like that. I guess they think that's clever, sending the wrong documents.
It's frustrating dealing with their game playing.
I found it helped a lot to know I wasn't the only one trying to cope with a reputable Bank that was behaving like I'd caught them doing something very wrong. It didn't make sense.
I've learned they were scamming the whole country, not just me. And they weren't even a decent bank - stories of their misconduct are well known now.

Its hard being Jolly all the time when faced with the Bank's continual tardiness and deliberate misrepresentation of the facts - Lord knows I try.
Next I will present the FACTS to the local political representatives, our "unesteemed" Prime Minister and the news papers and Radio Stations of merit.
It is nice having the Codes of Banking Practice, Clause 5.5 of the Banking Ombudsman's (FOS) Terms of Reference and FOS's own Bulletins (45, 50 and 60) on our side.
I used to write a lot of poetry; being poetic brings solace to the soul.
Letters from the Bank are soul destroying by contrast.

    So true!
How did this bloodless mob get to rule the country?
They are the kiss of death to everything Australia was known for.
They and their way of doing "business" does not belong in our culture.

Hi Jolly Swagman, welcome and thankyou for your post and i hope that you will join us for power and strength.
If there was no maladministration involved they would not have kept your LAF's from you so be prepared to see the tampering and alterations when you eventually get them.
There are 1200 of us members and not one clean LAF. This will not surprise you when you have learned what is really going on in this currupt banking industry.
Without BFCSA you will be searching in the dark. Join us - we will empower you with knowledge and inform you of the truth.
We are many they are few.
We all band together for strength - people power is the only way. Please keep posting, also go to our BFCSA facebook and have your say. If it were'nt for Denise we would be out on the street.

In fact my wife has been a long standing member of BFCSA and we both appreciate the work under taken selflessly by Denise.
For our own reasons we have no connection to Facebook.

Trevor, I wish you good luck with Nab. Nab concealed documents from me and the courts. The Supreme court allowed Nab to do this.
I went to court without the correct Nab Docs but the judge would not allow me to get them from Nab. I explained the situation and why I required them to no avail. Her comment was that the documents Nab had were for their own case and not mine and I was not entitled to further discovery of documents. Nab will pull out the big guns for court and pull all sorts of tricks whilst it is ongoing. Nab produced a document with a forged signature on it whilst in court. The solicitors would on every court appearance turn up with documents and hand it to me just prior to the court sitting. Nab knew I had a five hour journey to get to court and would say they emailed me the documents. Watch you back, do not sign anything. I sound bitter and I am. Losing one's home is heartbreaking.

Welcome Jolly Swagman. Without Denise and BFCSA I would be on the street. "Which bank" were eager to provide me a loan I could not afford only because they tied it to my family home and inflated my income. All I can is hang in there, the end is nigh.
