What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Transaction accounts et al

i just had a thought. When y'all signed your Applications do you remember taking out bank accounts to make the payments? We have two: a "mortgage account" and a "transaction account." I don't remember signing up for "bank accounts," and we certainly don't have any account application forms for those accounts or signature cards. I wonder if they got lost with our original LAF and mortgage note? With the transaction account and the mortgage account, Westpac seem to be sticking it to us both ways.

Both my loans have bank accounts attached to them. Both were "line of credit" arrangements. Making an unscheduled deposit to my account I go through the same bank account... I think. There are so many different business names/entities in my Tonto Loan Pty Ltd and some of them have changed over the years. I've just attempted to explain this to the Titles Office.
