What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Hi everyone,

Thank you BFCSA, I will write those letters today as per the templates received but my question is how do I get the addresses for the people I have to CC them to? Do I sent these letters (the copies) to the same address but change the recipient's name? Will they get it? Anyone, help me please?

Hi - you post them to address on them. They are correct. Have you put your FOS complaint in yet? If not - do so straight away online -

Just received templates - perfect timing - many thanks to Denise and Helen and all for "looking after me" :D
At times I feel overwhelmed by the enormity of my situation, my fear and my lack of competencies and knowledge. Thanks for being there. Hugs. Lisa.

    Yes Lisa, I second that.
My question Re. the template letters was not in regards to the main letters (ie. the president of COSL or FOS, the chairman of ASIC)as these are self-explanatory but in regards to the other people that we need to CC each letter as well. I suppose we copy the letter we wrote, say for example, to the president of FOS or COSL or the chairman of ASIC and post copies of these letters to the same addresses but with different names as recipients. Sorry for not being able to express myself better (English is my second language).
Lots of love to all of you!!!

Does the letter to the bank chairman replace the former "freeze letter" or do I need both?

    Hello everyone,
I am in trouble as well I used already the other templates, I see there is a difference in the text if I send the banks and FOS and COSL again a letter, does it look ok? Has anyone the same situation? if yes what are you doing?
    thanks for answer, Johanna

Hi Johanna, I to sent the previous template letters which was confusing when i re-read them over the weekend, as it stated to put me back in the financial position prior to meeting the bank etc and then it stated to extinquish the mortgage and hand over the title. Which is contradicting...and even though I read the template letters over and over again, I didnt pick this up until the weekend.
Well in order to put us back in the financial position prior to meeting the bank etc it means for us to move out of the home we are in and move into our other home that we sold. Well thats not going to happen as i'm sure the new owner would not oblige do to this.
Long story short I contacted FOS today to say that I would like to send an amendment to the letter I sent out at the beginning of the month, they told me thats ok and to do this online, I am also going to send this to the bank, ASIC & APRA.
If you need to do the same FOS online address is [email protected]
Good luck and lets us know how you go.:D
