What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Greetings Aussie cousins. Great job by Denise. ASIC? Totally SIC(K) The "you are shooting the wrong horse,) was, to me at least, the phrase of the whole session  Fantastic and hiarious My heart went out to the last witness.

Anyway, can/will one of you kindly send me the e mail addresses for the senators on the committee. I particularly like the Scottish guy and the one who made the "shooting the wrong horse" comments

Thanks in advance Geoff

Let's hope we get BFCSA (NZ) up and running soon and get some more of the apathetic Kiwi sheeple motivated.

I thought I would just have a look at Worstpack's website before writing this. I Googled Westpac Lo Doc Loans NZ and up popped and check the date. I wondewr if they are doing them here in Kiwiland? Will check it tomorrow

    Hi Geoff,
The scottish guy is Senator Doug Cameron, the others, Sen. John Williams, Sen. David Bushby and Sen. Alan Eggleston. Just google them and you will get their emails and bio's.

My husband and I were sitting at the back of the room today witnessing history... Bring on the Royal Commission we say!

We wish now that we stayed on to witness ASIC's representative's "performances" after reading all the blogs here.
Congrats BFCSA MEMBERS..The word is getting out and we are doing it all for ourselves, each other and those who don't even realise it yet..

Lo doc loans still happening ... all over the internet for the Senators who might be interested, not to mention Bankers Association representatives, academics and the rest of parliament. They will continue to happen until:

Parliament gets the political will to do something concrete about it Borrowers are educated to ask for their LAFs at the time of application always and forever All people with loans ask their lenders for the LAFs and hopefully touch base with BFCSA with the results

Borrowers have rights. This is the Law. But as Denise said yesterday until the regulators and the banks respect and comply with the Law what we have is lending anarchy.
