BFCSA
MORTGAGE
DISTRESS SOS

What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

I think a hell of a lot of people have something to say and need this sort of encouragement, some probably feel guilty of letting their families down even when its not their fault. I for one have not given up, NEVER WILL.
FOS and CIO have given us ridiculous findings in determinations with their bank biased decisions and if I was to pass away today our children hopefully will have the ammunition to keep on with the fight. It would be easy for some to simply give up, I am a placid person by nature but I am like a dog with a bone once someone has done me wrong or crossed me, so sooner or later I will get back what is owing to me and I will keep fighting the banks and EDRs' for their malicious actions and deceit.

Everyone wants compo and everyone needs compo to put them back into a position they were in before being deceived into this bank engineered nightmare. Now that FOS and CIO have shown their neglect and deceit maybe they should become liable for a percentage of that compo. In addition my claim will include a sum which calculates what I could have done with those extra funds at the highest possible interest rate gain!!!!!!!!! plus incidentals.
Cheer up everyone we are going after the Banking Cartel, FOS and CIO, so that needs a ROYAL COMMISSION lets get in line for our compensation.

    For some its too late

I think the banks, FOS and COS are hoping that all concerned will just die and the problem will go away. I know no amount of money could compensate my father for the guilt he experienced up to his death regarding the Loc Doc loans that he was actively encouraged by RAMS to apply for, and the mess he knew my mother would be in when he was gone. Frankly, to be set back to the financial state prior to the loans, should not enough for her. Her house is falling apart around her and she can't afford to fix it. All her money over the years has gone towards loans for house they no longer own!

Just a little half hour task for ALL members of BFCSA to do...for the benefit of ALL of us.
Would be great to finally see justice done and these criminals from the banking sector receive the
    punishment they so richly deserve.

it takes minuets to make a submission this is one hoop you must jump through...you like me may have been beaten up by FOS and other so called regulators...you may have thrown more money and time in the hope of justice,to be rejected by this corrupt and bias institutions and have accepted that's that...

BUT this should be the one that you don't ignore...take the time if not for you but for all of us...

No one can take away the pain suffered.Nothing will get our back yard back where our children's pets are buried, their tree house, the memories & the little things that mattered to us. I will never give up on exposing these BANKS & ALL their deceptive departments for the corruption that caused my family so much grief & the loss of our livelihood.

Banks are not the only ones ,we were FOSed off too.Are they under instructions we had that many case managers.

I think should be tough Penalty for CEO’s and execs of lenders as to what sentence of 5 year+ custodial sentences and non-parole, Plus $1m or 3 times of the profit gained or loss avoided whichever is bigger.

  • PreySOS
    PreySOS Tuesday, 29 March 2016

    Cases:
Defraud a bank with bad cheques etc 5-10 year jail..
Life imprisonment is warranted for the worst of these criminals as they DO destroy other people`s lives.

  • PreySOS
    PreySOS Tuesday, 29 March 2016

According to “ASIC says in Canada the equivalent penalty is around $1 million, and in the United States the penalty is three times the profit gained or loss avoided.”

  • PreySOS

We DO need to combine the Canada and USA’s penalties and MAKE them pay for their greed and criminality.

  • PreySOS
    PreySOS Tuesday, 29 March 2016

This sort of crime requires planning and forethought. It is a deliberate breach of the law for personal gain. There should be minimum mandatory jail sentences s for these offenders. In addition the recovery against the offender should be in many multiples of the gain.

  • PreySOS
    PreySOS Tuesday, 29 March 2016

The sort of offence is difficult to detect. Sentencing theory states that were an offence is difficult to detect the penalty should be higher than otherwise in order to weigh the scales in the cost/ benefit Risk/ reward analysis of the offender.

Penalty for criminal neglect from regulators
I wish to suggest impounding of their assets and bonuses: Cannot profit from crime.
Based on the disgorgement laws, they allow the seizure of any ill-gotten gains of convicted corporate criminals

    My personal impact statement
    • SOS Help!!! I desperately need emergency rescue!
    • I have been being a worst victim of toxic loan since 2009 with soon great catastrophe loss.
    • Right now, it is about final stage for ANZ to reduce my entire life time asset into $0 through expected foreclosure auction to extort its illegal gains (illegal interests $300K, fines $100k) and turn my rest asset to dust.
    • It’s like a predator (ANZ) wolf’s final bite to kill an innocent, vulnerable and helpless lamb.
    • FOS has been made its best effort to protect banker’s serious misleading by unfairly closing my dispute 3 times by all sorts of excuses either out of jurisdiction or other invalid.
    • Despite FOS currently finally determined it was unsuitable loan in Feb 2016, but FOS has set predator ANZ at large for its misleading and is encouraging ANZ to further predate my asset by recommending to
-- Offer me compensation merely $900 discount from over $400k illegal gains,
-- Ignore my direct loss caused by ANZ’s misleading,
-- Reject my demand to submit detailed evidence of any loss claims ($280K and other loss claim)
-- Suggest ANZ to enforce illegal gains and
-- Close the dispute as final determination.

    Outraged!!!

  • PreySOS
    PreySOS Tuesday, 29 March 2016

When FOS, or other regulators thrown us out, wearing same shoes with bankers, WHERE to find fair and justice when giant bankers powerful money elephant feet could crush us into dust in court?

  • PreySOS
    PreySOS Tuesday, 29 March 2016

Is is our fate to be vulnerable and helpless and just lying down to let bankers mass killing while FOS and some other regulators either help killers or watch them killing with no mercy?
