BFCSA
MORTGAGE
DISTRESS SOS

What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Senate hearings: 19th & 20th Feb BFCSA's David and Goliath moment to bring ASIC to account.

Dear members

Its not long now before our day will come and we get to face the men responsible or should it be the irresponsible men who were supposed to be our protector and watchdog by making sure no consumer was taken advantage of. As Medcraft and Kell were first and second in charge they have,to take full responsibility for ASIC's failings over the last few years.

Its unfortunate that Denise will have a time limit to get across as much information that's humanly possible in the one hour allocated. I'm sure Greggies minions have been devouring every bit of information concerning BFCSA from individual Senate submissions to blogs that get posted on this site. If and when Greggy takes the stand he will be well rehearsed in what the likely questions will be, his body language will be a give away though. He is one of these people who give orders not take them, this time the tables will be turned.

I' m not sure how many witnesses the Senators will call for and whether an individual can nominate to be one, I only wish a BFCSA representative could stand up and start reading a few case histories while Medcraft and Kell are captive audiences. How do think they would react to hear a couple of stories like Susan's or Nabbed Nanna's or the dread Gfs is going through as she and her family are about to embark on the FOS merry go round or Grandma's dilemma at the hands of the banksters lawyers trying to foreclose on her.  Its one thing to put these stories in writing, its another to have them  read out loud so the gravity of the situation can be understood.

As I write this the PM is announcing the Royal Commission into the unions. He stated his government is absolutely committed to the rule of law and no honest Australian can be subjected to intimidation, corruption and stand-over tactics. A few of BFCSA's stories must be presented to the PM. No longer can the office staffers vet our plea's for help, I know the PM when in Opposition personally wrote to Bill Shorten when he was AG on the behalf of a BFCSA member outlining LAF fraud.

Today as PM, he has forgotten the banking scandals that has enveloped this great country and instead politically states the union thugs have to be brought under control.

BUT, Dear Prime Minister Abbott: what about banksters and their lawyer thugs and all the low life's that profit from peoples misfortune, run cartels and inhabit the banking and finance sector?    Just watch all the political and media frenzy because its alleged union thuggery.

THUGGERY is THUGGERY: It matters not whether you wear overalls or an expensive suit. The priority for Australia and its Economy right now is a for a ROYAL COMMISSION into these banksters.  Why spend $100 million on a union witch-hunt when we need to know the truth about our banking system? What a tragic waste of money? This makes no sense other than the PM playing politics instead of sensible management of this country and his priorities are all wrong.

We should all be writing to our PM and ask him: what were you thinking?  What about the widespread fraud on loan application forms across this country?  Why should banks be permitted to profit from a  fraud when the rest of us would be thrown in jail for doing so.  ASIC will say the banks are investigating themselves and found no systemic issues. We have heard all that nonsense before.  How many homes have to be lost before you as PM wake up to this scandal?

You cannot ignore BFCSA's yearly and constant calls for a Royal Commission into the Banks as the debt in this country climbs higher and higher.  It's a priority and 'homes lost' will become daily figures.  We can place a bulletin board in Martin Place if you wish and to remind us all of what is really happening inside these criminal banks.  Do you really want us to go that far?

Yes our champion Denise has been invited to speak and answer Senator's questions and more details available shortly.  She will be appearing on Thursday 20th in Sydney.  The Senate will release the schedule shortly.   I am told that the victims who are your constituents and complained to you before the last election.....and you listened saying you were concerned........ will be the very ones to pick our leader up from the airport.   Thanks Neil T.

The P.M. must answer directly what he intends to do about bankster thuggery. He cannot evade the issue by stating wait for the Senate hearing results or wait for David Murray's results from the root and branch investigation into the banks.

Maybe an invitation should be extended to the PM to attend on the day so he can be fully informed when he listens to some of the worst heartfelt stories read out by the writers. I find it hard to believe that he will not be moved by them given the harsh, cruel and long term unnecessary torture that has been forced on them by Asic, Fos and the bank's Lawyers. He needs to hear it from the victims themselves. It is his job to listen and be informed of the corruption that is wrecking people's lives.
A meeting should also be called for the PM to meet with Denise ASAP preferably before the Inquiry.

Indeed a merry go round.....FOS don't scare me.... It's clear as daylight they make their own rules as they go.....
I have the strength and will power to fight till the end, fight for justice and protect my family....you banking wankers!!!!!
May there be changes that will make this journey a little easier for me...
I agree Ali..... DB should meet with the PM ASAP and read out some of our stories to him, then slap it all on the table.
Put the EVIDENCE in front of him and ask him " what if this was happening to one of your daughters"......
Sign him up to this Blog so he can read the words we speak and feel the pain we share that has been thrown at us by the
Banking bastards and let him read Susan's story and step in to help Nanna. Something must be done to stop people loosing homes!!!!
If only this could happen yesterday!!!!!!!!!!
It is imperative this country sees a RC in to the banking and finance sector.
My children's future is at stake here......

Denise will do us all proud that is one thing I am sure of. The time limitation is unfortunate but the facts Denise has will be an eye opener for the Senators. These men are not stupid, they already are wary of Banksters, ASIC, FOS etc. They have heard plenty of the dreadful rumblings which bring us all together. We have the tenacity as does Denise to see this through. We must not be bitter but positive and always know that things turn around when least expected. Have faith one and all we will make it through these tough times and the world will be a better place for our persistence and strength. Justice will win out. We will win out!!!!!

Nanna it those words that make me continue this battle every day of my life for now.
Your right, being bitter will get me no where, I just want this to be over and know my family is safe and secure.
It's unjust that we are placed in this position by no fault of our own, but by the banksters.
May we all WIN in 2014

By now the Senators have recieved the message loud and clear through the hundreds of submissions and add to that the truck load of more evidence supplied by Denise. Do we know yet how many will be going to Canberra?? Gfs i have been saying that for the last 6 years "i want it to be over so we can go back to our normal sweet life"
I miss our old life so much. Nanna you are right, it is faith that has got us this far and prevented us from giving up and from faith comes strength. 2014 is the year of justice for the victims....it is our turn to triumph.

Once I am able to tell the ordeal we are now going through, I know you will all draw wisdom and strength from our trials. I would love to bring it out in the open but hopefully not much longer. I am past hiding anything, there is no point to it. I know my husband and I have done nothing wrong. We just take every day as it comes and move forward determined to enjoy what years we have left but with a plan and agenda which we push along with. Sometimes these plans go haywire but no matter we just keep faith and all falls into place. Nab may have taken our home but not our spirit nor love for our family and there love in return. At times I miss our old life to Ali, but I don't dwell on the fact. Life is to short Ali.

I can't imagine the stress all of you who have been going through this for years are feeling. I made my complaint to FOS in October 2013 regarding our severely fraudulent LAF. We haven't lost our home just yet but we lost 2 businesses, and have struggled for 5 years and I have today received a letter from FOS telling me that my case will go straight to determination however I have to give them a SOFP from 2009!!! How can they even still require further information when the bank wrote on my application that we had a loan for $120k with their bank that never existed. Their excuse for writing that we were receiving rent from the house we were living in before we sold and purchased "the customer informed the bank that they were intending to use the property as an investment and once loan was approved, they informed the bank that they had sold the property" The previous mortgage was with them! They knew we would sell to purchase a new home and why would the put future income on the application?????!!!!! Surely they can't get away with this! I cannot afford a lawyer, I have 4 children ranging from 1-13 years of age and all they see is a stressed, teary, angry mother :(

    BOQSilentKillers

Gfs246, I don't know why my complaint is so quick. I don't know whether to be scared or relieved. I think i am more scared at this point. They are asking me to recall what we were earning back in 2009 and I am so scared I will make a mistake and lose everything. I hate these people for what they have done to us all and it consumes my thoughts everyday :(

Nanna, we had put our lives on hold for a long time thinking that it was going to come good soon but then it dragged on and on so we decided to start living regardless of our predicament. This has helped a lot with feeling happier and more at peace. We still have a great deal of faith to get us through. Gfs, just because ours has taken this long doesn't mean yours will. It's because we met Denise in 2008 when we were so far away from the end target. We as a group have achieved so much in the last 6 years. So anyone who joins up now is closer to what we have worked towards. I guess what i am trying to say is that we are so much closer now to the finishing line. Daniele, i hope this will be all over for all of us soon. We are pinning our hopes on this Inquiry.

Gfs and everyone else, we have also been playing this charade for over seven years. Its exactly one year ago that we thought we had exhausted every avenue open to us and had basically given up hope, then a friend recommended BFCSA and the rest is history. Instead of the blame game and wondering where we went wrong and why no government or regulator would help us we soon realised we were just pawns in the bigger game which is bankster orientated greed. Soon it will be time to name and shame, its open season on all the banksters and all the law firms who do their dirty work and hopefully the media exposure will make all Australians aware of how the banksters orchestrated their diabolical plans. These Senate hearings will be our platform to tell all, Gfs, Denise works Tuesdays and W.A. is three hours behind the east coast so I'm sure she will post her itinerary shortly for the Senate hearings. NT.

I know what you mean about being scared of loosing everything.
My days are also consumed every hour of every day working out in my head what and how it all happened and what if I make a mistake with information for both FOS and the banks cause they can't be trusted.
    They are ruthless.
I was bullied by the banks today. It just makes me sad. Really sad.
One thing for sure is DB is going to fight hard ball this month to make things change so it won't happen to our children
Keep us up dated where you can and thanks Neil.

Danielle, I think the Senate hearings have ASIC, FOS and COSL spooked and they are trying to fast track their work load to try and look like they are performing but we know different.

Be Happy everyone. Like Ali and me live each day and enjoy it. You only live once. Don't panic about the things that you may lose, you haven't and it hasn't happened. Don't get bogged down in shame or fear. That is the worst thing you can do for yourself and everyone else around you. Sure I am a terrible old devil at times and bad thoughts creep in and I would like to take a baseball bat to the back of the head of Nab's bad boys, but it makes me laugh thinking about it and the mood is gone. I am not the sporty type so the image is funny.
You need to keep positive about these things. Negativity will only take you down with it.
