What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

A New Approach to Homelessness

 

On any given night 100,000 Australians are homeless. Half are under 24 years old. 10,000 are children.

After 17 years of economic growth this is unacceptable.

To reduce homelessness we need a new approach that focuses more strongly on early intervention and prevention.

We must provide people with access to stable and affordable housing and make sure that crisis services, hospitals, schools, employers and business work better together.

Reducing homelessness is everyone’s responsibility.

The Australian Government released its Green Paper on Homelessness on
22 May 2008 to promote discussion and draw out bold ideas and strategies to reduce homelessness.

I HAVE A STRATEGY- ROYAL COMMISSION INTO BANKING SECTOR, JAIL THE BANKING CRIMINALS, GIVE ALL VICTIMS THEIR MONEY AND THEIR HOMES BACK AND HALVE THE BANK EXECUTIVES OBSCENE WAGES TO PAY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR AUSTRALIANS WHOM ARE HOMELESS!

    This is no way to live

    Those figures are dreadful - how has this happened in a first world country?
    Concern by Government should also be extended to those caught in the crossfire in their cases.

    I know of two people who were so traumatised by their FOS correspondence that they collapsed every time they received a letter or email. They were unable to sleep at night for over a year due to the stress. Eventually they were unable to open or read anything from FOS. Both are under long term psychiatric care following these experiences.

    Another, very experienced in business negotiations, was so badly abused on the phone by a COSL representative that she insisted on everything being done in writing from that point on.

    We've seen some of this totally inappropriate correspondence from FOS. We ask, what is the purpose of this destructive conduct by what is supposed to be an alternative justice system? Surely no Australian judge would ever speak to a litigant in such a manner.

    Then there are the late night terrors from the local thugs, especially employed to frighten women at their homes. The Police are particularly interested in these events. Keep all your valuables locked up tight at night.

    How is all this disgraceful constructive conduct or educational? How does this contribute to a well presented case? How do these case conditions uphold our justice system? How could any judge regard any Determination arising from a a case done under those circumstances as valid or useful? This is abuse!

    Have any other members had problems with psychopathic or abusive conduct from either their Bank/Lender or the EDR staff?

    We must not accept this as being normal conduct. By sticking together and sharing experiences we will continue to bring this horrendous conduct to the attention of the Senate and the Police.
