What BFCSA Does...
BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners. Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal financial products, however, these loans can leave the innocent customer homeless within seven years. For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA, has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income Australians who have fallen victims to banking and finance scams. She has found that people of all ages have become victims of faulty lending products and anyone who has one of these financial products risks losing their home.

Dear Matt George
More and more aggrieved people with over priced properties recommended by you and every property looks like being $100,000 over valued. How did that happen? Still say you are innocent? What is DOCEP WA or DOCS doing? There are over 60 victims here in WA and I have had to set up a separate support group to manage its all.
MATTHEW Please send funds so we can assist these people and clean up the mess created by your bankers! A pox on the banks that approved equity loans to people who clearly could not afford payments! Where are the IMPRUDENT LENDING POLICE?
We are no longer impressed with ASIC, so its off to the AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE......

Friday, 31 August 2012We have been up against a lack of political will to hold those responsible for misconduct accountable to those who they have harmed. It sounds like the same has gone on in the US and UK. Westminster style governments use the separation of powers as a cop out - they break that when they can see political gain in doing so.
Thus it falls to the people to see justice and retribution any way that they can. In the absence of money for quiet law deals or public cases we may be able to rely on the police prosecutor to take on the banks and the like of Matt George who defrauded us, and quite possibly the lenders and the insurance companies. For the rest there is still the possibility of vigilantism where there is no other recourse to justice. Frankly, I think the banks have been incredibly lucky. In other countries far worse things are done to thieves. And our banks are afraid of a "black mark" or two if they get caught being naughty! Well there are no gold stars on the horizon for Aussie banks until they come clean, give back the title deeds and refund their ill-gotten gains. And they'll just have to deal with our disapproval of them and their nastiness. In house therapy for NAB & CBA staff? -

You are obviously upset about MATT GEORGES treatment of yourself and your family and the hopeless position he has left you in. We all feel your pain and I like you have had the unenviable experience of getting mixed up with this
disgusting prick but the only way to get resolve is to keep up the pressure at the REGULATORS. The real problem lies with the fact that our regulatory bodies in this country register these halfwits that could fit their qualifications on a postage stamp and then allow them to peddle their low down wares on us the public. The real problem lies with the teachers the BANKS and the lack of Policing of the industry by our sit on their hand REGULATORS. Then throw into the mix our 2 major POLITICAL PARTIES they dont want to upset the big banks because that is where their backing comes from. Sad isnt it we the average Joe have little hope except for our Caped Crusader Denise Brailey, stick with her direction and things will turn around. As for MATT GEORGE put him out of your mind and concentrate on the process of getting retribution. After all he is an insignificant little man anyway and was probably the kid who copped it in the school yard and still hates the world for it. Hi Don Mark well put but very hard to put him out of you head when you can not find money to put foos on the table and pay bills before i meet the f... everthing was good was able to pay all the bills and tack one trip per year for the last 3 yeasrs nothing at all just getting further and further behind own lots off people money and no wnd in site he needs to pay every one back and but inside to rot in hell
