BFCSA
MORTGAGE
DISTRESS SOS

What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Dear members

As members of bfcsa we have at last been given a platform to fight the fight as a group rather than as individuals, with Denise as our commander in chief and us her front line troops.

In September we have an election so that means we can no longer be complacent, we must make the effort to broadcast our stories and get your family and friends to spread the word as well. Put something on the bfcsa blog, anything that will raise awareness to our cause.

Denise has the "knowledge" and how to confront the various ministers and the likes of ASIC, we must make the effort to help her in anyway possible. She has a band of loyal helpers behind the scenes for the everyday running of the association but remember if anything should happen to Denise, we would all be back to square one and there would be nobody to face off and stand up to the bully boys in Canberra and the banksters and their paid :yes" men, so everyone has to be more active.

My wife and I have lobbied the labor party in opposition as well as the coalition when they were last in, we lobbied labor while in power and most recently the coalition as the government in waiting. Its like shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic, the labor party know they are sunk and aren't interested in anything but saving their own skins. The coalition although acting coy know they are going to win with an absolute majority and as the independents won't hold the balance of power and sided with labor will be treated with contempt.I personally think the greens only got their numbers as a result of protest votes against the majors.

The Westminster system is good but like anything it needs to change with the times. We have all been brought up to vote either labor or coalition and when Don Chip formed a break away party, he was deemed to be a radical "to extreme" but remember he was discontent with the way ministers couldn't have an individual agenda they had to tow the party line he formed the democrats to "keep the bastards honest".

My ninety year old mother for the first time in her life is not voting labor. She lived through the depression, served in the air force during the war and raised three boys as a single mother. She stated the labor party has lost direction and no longer represents the ordinary Australian.

So what are the options? the coaltion with its majority won't fight for every single vote, labor;s a lost cause and the greens are just a bit out there for my liking, well who's left and I say what about Bob Katter and his party. Wait a minute you say! He"s a little bit out there, a bit brash a bit eccentric, well yes he is, but he is a true dedicated Australian a typical Queenslander of his generation, he says it as he see's it and not sugar coat it like those politically correct mamby pamby lot we now have. He doesn"t suffer fools likely, just watch any press conference he puts the media in their place, he is the typical larconic Ausralian and a larrikan to boot. He is definately pro Australian and doesn't believe in selling off the farm, he is pro developement but not to the extent of letting anyone with a bit of money to come along and dig up your back garden looking for coal seam gas. If he and his members are prepared to wave the banner for our cause I say give him a go. Remember no matter how good your local member is representing you they still have to tow the party line. After six years of getting absolutely  nowhere I am not prepared to sit back and let the banksters win. Remember its only one election you have to vote this way and try something different. Ask yourself, what have the pollies and regulators done for me and my family? do they really care? The only response I got from Canberra( pollies and regulators) was to seek independent legal advice, if we litigate the courts favour the banksters.

Sorry if it may offend but anyone who has the balls to stand up and speak on our behalf, deserves a go and has my vote and if they don't perform you vote different next time, if you have any doubts just read some of the gut wrenching comments on the online petition. Sorry this blog is so lengthy and remember to post a blog to help to get the momentum going. Thanks Neil T.
