What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Government Throwing Money at ASIC? You cannot be serious.

Who dreamed up this solution to a $57 billion mortgage market problem created by ASIC's decade long negligence trip?

ASIC "to continue????"  Continue what?  Throwing more taxpayers at ASIC will achieve nothing.  This is just a whitewash.  Shame on you both, Mr Shorten and Mr Ripoll...... ASIC's in-grained culture is to do as least as possible.  All you will achieve is to give the commissioners additional funds for longer lunches with their Bankster mates as they have been doing for years.  Remember Chairman Lucy, who spent $20 million refurbishing his own office in 2005?  The people of this nation want to know what the Government intends to do about the Banks and Bankers.  Please don't rush me all at once in order to explain.......You have presided over this problem since 2007.

BFCSA Members have achieved more in bringing this serious matter to your attention, than Treasury, ASIC and APRA put together.  ASIC already have a budget of close to $400 million and you think that by giving them another $100 million, money will make this problem go away?  ASIC should swap budgets with BFCSA as we have achieved far more than ASIC every could.  Whilst you are all throwing money around, could you please send Half a Million Dollars our way.  Greatly appreciated - please send to P O Box 75, Dowerin WA, 6461.  That would be good timing and we can assure you, that consumers would be far better protected under our wing than the princes of misery whom you sent to the Senate Hearings to whimper sweet excuses for doing nothing since 1998.  Those same three wise monkeys are the one's who will receive the $100 million.  I was in the same room answer honest questions with honest answers and we get nothing from the hand-out?

So BFCSA (Inc) can expect a cheque in the mail for mid next week? $500,000 would be appreciated.  That's 1000 lunches!

    You can't be serious?!
Talk about a total waste of money!
Not one more cent out of my pocket will you get if I can help it until you show me that you have learned to appreciate the value of money and demonstrate it through your wise use of resources for a change.

I'm still stunned by the spin: "Stong market supervision" !! What with? A telescope? Clearly they're very focused on something other than the Australian markets :(
