BFCSA
MORTGAGE
DISTRESS SOS

What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Hello to all,

Just had to add a blog about the weirdness that evolves around FOS and their constant need not to know their own job? They have closed my case again 3rd time?!! And said it is a COSL dispute now as the debt was sold ??

How can the debt be sold when it was under investigation number 1?

Then number 2 when I enquire, I'm told the debt has never been sold and is just being managed by another company?? How do they not know this?

To make it more interesting FOS have stated that there is an issue and the lender has something to answer for?!!

Ok so in my favor....then bam... It is passed on before anything is done!!

Tsk tsk tsk will be adding onto the Senate inquiry asap if someone doesn't get their act together, I have it all in black and white... is plain and simple!!

Have a Merry Christmas everyone except the Banksters baahhhh humbug !! to you!!

ED: AND COSL IS A DEFINITE WASTE OF SPACE

    Good one, Ali. :)
Heartening to know we have a handful of good politicians on our side.
I wonder what Clive Palmer himself thinks of the ratbag Banks and their lobbyists?
What the Liberal Party failed to understand is that any form of pandering to the Banks is feeding their belief that they're right and anyone who questions them is wrong. Thus there will be no govt straightening up of crooked Bank lending and other predatory lending conduct on a big scale until politicians stop giving in to the Banks. Just like the last govt - they all seem to give in to the poor unloved Banks (pass the Kleenex - NOT.) Typical and pathetic.

Hey, Moplord, I know what you mean. Back and forth, indecisiveness, arbitrary decisions, do they really know what they're doing? You may have to request a more experienced person look at it and make an accurate decision. This EDR compartmentalised system is insane - it's the equivalent of a govt run around. How soon before govt fix this up properly with one effective independent EDR?
Best wishes to you too for Christmas and New Year. :D
If 2013 was the year of the ASIC Broker blitz, here's hoping 2014 will be the year of the ASIC Bankster blitz, after ASIC learn the difference between theory and practice in corporate policing. If Govt want to ensure a second term cleaning up the FSPs is mandatory.

Good grief! How did they work that out?
It looks more like the US debt.
How long is it going to take for our silly government to understand it's not debt, it's credit and the contract has already been paid out as part of the securitisation process?
    Iceland was right.
Royal Commission into Banking needed urgently.
    Human Rights before Bank "Rights".

It's how this fractionalised banking system works I believe. I used to think if one deposits $100 and they had to keep 10% in reserve they could loan out $90 until told otherwise and what they actually do is multiply $90 x 10 and under the system can loan out $900 for every $100 deposited (that was how explained to me simplistically). I never did have a head for figures but seems to me everybody has been conned and Banksters earn money on interest paid on nothing for there is no money and a it's a bigger scam and con than anybody realise - see if able to work it out with help from this site for my brain is too fried to even attempt to try and digest it properly

2013 is nearly over..I am sorry to say my spirit has long been dampened by the sillyness of Banksters, ASIC government regulators like FOS/COSL syndicated monkey business.. the only hope left is the Senate inquiry and a Royal Commission into Banking..I am bracing myself to what FOS have to say in my case, and am not that hopeful.. they haven't got that good tract records to protect and stand for disadvantaged and cheated borrowers..2014... what have you got to offer to poor victims like us,.. those who are facing loosing their properties, loosing their peace of mind and right to live normally.. all because of BANKING FRAUD, ASIC INABILITY TO PROTECT CONSUMERS..FEDERAL GOVERNMENT as CONSENTING PARTNER in CRIME.....

    Yes, Clara.
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT as CONSENTING PARTNER in CRIME

The Federal Government are the weak link and this lack of genuine commitment to their Law and Order rhetoric is killing off their popularity in the opinion polls and will see them overtaken in the next election as well.
Ignoring the people and openly taking the side of the Banks will be their political undoing.
There are large regions in Australia where voters are not being represented properly by the Liberal Party. Even Liberals elected in those areas are turning against the Party and changing sides with the support of their electorate. The Labor Party isn't an alternative in those conservative areas, but Clive Palmer certainly is, as are other parties who will support his values. The Treasurer has seriously underestimated the disappointment of the Australian electorate over his "Banking Inquiry".
BFCSA will ensure that Joe's Banking Inquiry is directed to attend to the reasonable concerns of all Australians, not just a table full of weak scared politicians, overfed bureaucrats and lying Bankers. The truth will come out about the source of the Banks' alleged success and wealth, designed to delude investors, and the whole shebang will come tumbling down in public. Mark my words. :)
