Explaining Bank Fraud to a 5 year old child. Nabbed Nanny thrown into homelessness thanks to National Bank

Recently the Nab took possession of our home after 42 years and the one and only home we have known.  We were collecting our possessions with the help of my son and his 2 small children, my grandchildren aged 5 and 2.  The 5 year old all seriously told me that "I do not want you to shift Nanny, I want to come and stay and play here"  What answer do I give to this precious child. It nearly broke my heart to think that all the other 9 grandchildren had done exactly that, stayed for holidays and played.  I loved every minute of every grandy's stays.  I would feed them up with probably all the wrong things but things that made it special for them and me.  I am absolutely bewildered as to why Nab would do this to us. I just cannot see the logic in it. It is financially a totally inadequate amount of money to cover the debt and given that it has been ongoing for nearly 4 years and Nab have had the best of the best lawyers involved which do not perform for a cup of tea and biscuit it is just plain ludicrous.

The money from the sale less the mortgagee agents fee, the real estate agents fee, etc will not even cover the best of the best u beaut lawyers let along anything else.  Something needs to be drastically done to stop this fraudulent activity within the banking industry. Why? are they allowed to get away with this and why for so long. Good on you Denise and Members for pushing the boundaries. I like you all, will not give up on this.  Aussies do not deserve to be treated this way.  What is wrong with the Government for letting this go on.  Still haven't been able to talk to my grandson about this yet. I am not so young any more and this is all to much at times.

ED:  Banks profiting from FRAUD in Australia and then be rewarded by having owners thrown into the streets .  Governments turned this into an organised crime industry, preying on Grandparents.  Banksters capitalize on the success of nefarious activities....what is going on here?????   This email address is being protected from spambots. So very sorry to hear that you have lost your home Nanna. What has happened to you is just dreadful and what we all fear will ultimately happen to us. Our hope lies with Denise and BFCSA.

    Duped

Terrible Nabbed Nanna there are a lot of us that could be facing the same result but they will eventually pay for their wrongs. Keep your head up and we will all keep fighting. They haven't heard the last of it yet.

    Who will save us?

I'm so very sorry to read that, Nanna.
I'm facing a similar prospect if I can't get things straightened out in time or get heard properly by ASIC, FOS and co. How dare they treat us like this!
If anyone has a Twitter account please retweet this and include @ABCTV and #auspol as many times as you like over the weekend. Also get onto the ABCTV site and ask them to get Steven Munchenberg back to explain this illegal repossession by NAB. Either he lied or he doesn't know what's going on.
For good measure sending this on to K Rudd. Every bit helps.

Choked up as i read your story Nanna. This is so insanely inhumane. I admire your strength and determination to keep fighting.
Something needs to be done quickly. Fos must put a freeze on all fraudulent cases being closed.
That's right Lisa, either Munchenburg lied or he doesn't know what's going on. The media needs to bear untold pressure on him to force his hand.

Thank you all for your comments. I would not wish what we have been through on my worst enemies except if it were perhaps the mongrels, being the BDM and the broker and of course Mr. Clyne for heading these bunch of barbaric and greedy so and so's.
