BFCSA
MORTGAGE
DISTRESS SOS

What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

It's like handing out 'lollies' (read = illicit substances) for banksters - til you urgently need a "fix".

The story got a few minutes. Typical bank diddling an old couple (Bank of Adelaide). Bank came in to say...we will always look after customers in strife..Unhappy Banking had a mention.

    Just been following comments on Facebook about the story. Had the usual fools carrying on : so I put this;
RBA - corrupt and accepting bribes from a Malaysian arms dealer etc
APRA - hiding evidence for RBA and ASIC (covering up)
ASIC - lets Banks get away with WHITE COLLAR CRIME by allowing them to make settlement deals without admitting liabilty and doing nothing wrong, (eg-storm financial, - when given evidence they say they can't help cause they have limited funding!! .
Australian Federal Police - when presented with evidence- admit it is fraud - but say they can't do anything about it because it does not fall under their jurisdication.
FOS - so badly funded that they have an 18 month waiting list to deal with consumers, but rarely do fair settlements because they are funded by the Banks.
BANKS still breaking the CREDIT CODE LAWS
Shareholders and consumers suing banks for deciet and unconsciousable lending and the court system and judges are acknowledging the wrong doings of the bank towards the consumers and this is what is happening. But if are an ordinary citizen who can't afford legal representation, ( which is 95% of the population) - your stuffed and the banks get away with it while you go bankrupt. Common trick used by banks - is that most of their evictions are actually illegal because the proper process was not followed. But people do not know the law enough to know that this.

There is an estimated $57 Billion dollars in dirty loans in Australia due to the banks frauding documents of customers and profiting from it. They are profiting from FRAUD. Anyone else would be sent to jail for it. But if your a bank - it is okay!!

If the banks collapse - Taxpayers are going to fit the bill while the CEO's of the banks still make their million plus salaries a year. (Too big to fail theory)
The banks still make millions a year profit while ripping off Australian people via interest rates and unfair fees making living costs for the average Australian higher. Rates go down and banks think about passing some of it on - but when they go up - they are the first pass on the whole rate. They charge you fees on your own money just to sit in their bank. They charge you to withdraw fees and account fees, late fees, penalties etc - all illegal. Credit cards - they charge you whatever they like. There is no accountablity in what they do and can do whatever they like - including ripping off Australian citizens constantly wherever and whenever!
The whole banking industry is CORRUPT and full of white collar criminals and nothing is being done and these criminals are getting away with it and including lying to parliament inquiries. What is the governement going to do about this? This is all in the papers around Australia - start reading it!!

With a bit of luck - people will read this and see the BANKS ARE screwing everyone in Australia!! Hope on Current Affair website and show your support for the elderly couple..

This is well set ou JJ - nice & succint summation.

If C9 took your comment off, then they were nothing but fraidy cats. Probably more worried about where their next advertising revenue was coming from. That, & the fact you were brutally truthful was probably a bit too much for them to cope with. ;) Great work.

Thanks, JJ. I'm over at http://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=10151100182956821&id=139478411820¬if_t=feed_comment where I've been advised by another person that I wrote "a load of crap". I responded appropriately. I'm interested in her further feedback on the subject.

What a waste of good money - $100k swallowed up in repayments in no time. This is shocking - there are no words in the English language that can describe the evil behaviour of the banks. You banks are so evil that if i ever needed a loan i wouldn't come to any of you and i hope that in time Australians and shareholders will all wake up and see for themselves just how evil you truly are. One day soon you will loose your power because there are more of us than there is of you. People power will knock you down and cripple you for life just like you are doing to our elderly people. You are the scum of this earth - it's just a matter of time.

As Geoff said - One cockaroach can kill one ant. But 1000's of ants can/will kill that cockaroach.

That Hayley Rose on the ACA website on Facebook is a piece of work. She went to Uni to end up working for Woolies. Sounds like a disgruntle ex employee of the elderly couple.
