What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

"when approached(by CourierMail) the former bank manager refused to comment on the allegations.. . .after millions of dollars were lent to elderly pensioners for investment in the failed property scheme. . most of the loans were handled thru Wespac @ Pacific Fair. .a former manager personally secured loans for investors mainly thru Westpac . . but sometimes thru other brokers."

Who will you target next. . the family pet bequeathed an estate???

Ring Fence the lot of you & maybe experience how starving farm animals feel not being fed after liquidating their owner!!!!

I share your feelings on this. I was horrified at the cruelty to the elderly and to animals.
I heard the former bank manager is now a mortgage broker at Mt Nathan.
Hope he's publicly vilified and jailed for his dealings.
And I hope they're taken his passport now.
I'm so over con artists who take people's money with their investment scams then cost taxpayers more money when our police have to chase them - or even the victims themselves, as in the Streetwise case - while the crooks are off overseas and living it up on our investment money.
When are our government going to ban overseas bank accounts altogether? Someone mentioned the Cayman Islands in the Senate Inquiry... possibly an allusion to the Storm scam.
