BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide. Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years. For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams. She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.
"Confidentiality is assured."
Led by award-winning consumer advocate Denise Brailey, BFCSA (Inc) are a group of people who are concerned about the appalling growth of Loan Fraud around the world. BFCSA (Inc) is a not for profit organisation in the spirit of global community concern and justice.

looking for info from anyone who may know the answer to this query. If a broker does not collect authority to act on your behalf but goes ahead and send info through to the lender without that authority is this legal.?? Can the bank go ahead without any authorities?
If the loan application docs come from the broker is this right? What if the broker does not collect any of the LAF info?
What if the bank then provides a loan, is that legal? What if you never have any contact with the bank but they still provide the loan?
What if the letter of approval for loan is sent to broker and then on to me? One of the big 4 is the bank involved.
Please help me sort out this puzzle.!!!!!

Last modified onIn 2007 when we refinanced with the CBA- a broker, without our consent or authority, who we did not know, who we had never met, had never spoken to, did our LAF - without our knowledge, through brokering companies that we never knew!
Suzanne O'Sullivan was the broker. Gold Coast Rescue Finance & AFG were the companies involved.
FOS still gave the decision in favour of the CBA!
Wayne, 'shifty Suzzie' must have been acting as a "ghost broker" [on halloween] like a "ghost writer", bank officer & Suzzie splitting fees[kick backs] and created purported "arms-length", we'll be just as creative back --by the book though!!! (ps: i'm GC based also)
?.. . FOS? or is it help me [SOS] from malfeasance @FOS = for 'our' suzzie! as senator williams said --"what's going on here... it will all come out in the wash" [dirty spin cycle no doubt]....:-)
Hi Gypsy Why not Join us by plugging into BFCSA? Members know these things because as a Member we provide you with the answers and set you on the right pathway. Besides we are a great bunch of decent people. [email protected]
Gypsy, This will be the very best $50 you ever fork out! I wasted $10k on lawyers (Slater & Gordon - SLAG), who once they gobble up your funds, then want more & more only to tell you at the very end "sorry, we cannot help you".
The majority of lawyers do NOT know to ask even the most BASIC of questions of the banksters right at the beginning. The slug I had from SLAG has since been promoted to the Commerical team here in Perth & was as useless as ti*s on a bull! I would consider him to be a fraud.
They also waste your money by bringing in the so-called "experts" who want to follow their own path & not listen to your instructions or questions. The barrister brought into my case was a useless ditzy blonde who spent most of her time batting her eyelashes at my ex & then on the Bankwest employee & the puppy-faced pratt from Gadens. If I sound pi**ed off with the legal fraternity, I am.
For just $50 bucks to join this group, I have learnt far more in such a short space of time. It has been so worth it.
Question was the broker a member of the FBAA or MFAA ect?
Let me know.
