BFCSA
MORTGAGE
DISTRESS SOS

What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

BFCSA: Toxic Mortgage Holders Fighting back against the Banks. Use an ATM as weapon of choice

THE ATM FIGHTBACK CAMPAIGN:  Now everyone can fight back - why not a few sticky notes on ATMs:  whenever you visit an ATM, stick this message on the side: MORTGAGE HOLDERS Ask your bank for your copy of faxed LOAN APPLICATION FORM.  See if there is FRAUD?  There will be.  If yes visit www.bfcsa.com.au and we will tell you what to do next.

The point is we have less than 25 licensed banks here and a number of non bank HIGH RISK unregulated lenders.  There are millions of us as mortgage holders.  We have the numbers to demand change: change of bad banking practices; change of regulatory laziness.  We can effect change.  If there is a note re bill posting, we warn the first bright regulator try to take action against BFCSA: do you really want to hang BFCSA for posting warnings when you have allowed licensed banks to deliberately target ARIP's with sub prime toxic mortgages?  Bugger off!

Media will soon catch on.  Bank staff take them off?  Just keep flooding them out there.  Especially CBD's and market centres.

Thanks Ron, great idea.    This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

great idea.. and simple. Why not go further and have signs near busy intersections too whilst we are all at it :)

NOTE- I double checked with Denise re my power pole idea. Don't do this due to POSTER BILL LAWS. As for stickers on ATM's be careful that the glue on your stickers is not so hard to remove that it will deface the bank property.

Please use common sense as the last thing BFCSA wants is to be given bills for paying someone to remove the glue etc from your sticker by the Banks.

The whole idea for this ATM campaign by members is to keep it simple. By using post it notes and some sticky tape, should bank staff remove the post it note, it’s easy to just replace it again and again.
Post it notes will not deface bank property.
Nor will an A4 note pinned on community notice boards with tearoffs do any damage.

By the way, your name is not on the post it note... so any bank complaints or media enquiry will go straight to Denise. Keep on smiling for the camera :) and if you stick post its on after hours.. it will be there much longer for more to see!

I like it! Easy to do. Armed and ready - everywhere we go. Signs at traffic lights. :) Yeah! Thanks Ron, Denise and Change.

Good idea, just remember when approaching an ATM................................. SMILE:D as you will be on CAMERA.

Social Media, Facebook/Twitter is a very powerful tool to spread the word. Need to talk to a "Y"Gen to have the "word" go VIRAL.
Make this thread a brain storming page?

Come on members lets do this. I am going to dedicate all day Saturday targeting all the ATMs in my area and beyond with sticky notes. Lets see the response. It will be a good investment at such little cost other than time.

How about getting Vista print to preprint cheap sticky notes? Or making up a stamp pad and stamping every sticker?
What about community notice boards for the A4 version with tear offs along the bottom with www.bfcsa.com.au on each one?
The other side will pretend there isn't any impact and cover it up with silence, indifference, excuses like "the market" responded to XYZ trade agreement, seasonal adjustments, etc.
Looking forward to news of the next bombshell from Denise ... :)

    Good idea!!
What about on those for sale noticeboards that are often found in local shops as well. I think there needs to be an attention grabber on anything thats put up anywhere and definitely a mention of the fact that it could result in NO MORTGAGE. Just a suggestion:
"WOULD YOU LIKE TO CANCEL YOUR MORTAGE????" - it may be possible if the Bank or Broker has altered your Loan Application Form after you signed it. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT AND ITS FRAUD Ask the Bank for the faxed copy of your Loan Application Form and see!!! If YES - contact BFCSA www.bfcsa.com.au - look it up and you will find LOTS of other people in this situation who are now fighting back....
    Any other comments welcome :)
I think the way its done is very important otherwise it could turn into a fizzer :(
