What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

"Just wanted to share something with you all, the link below will take you to a page with an issue relating to my family and if you watch the video which is a collage of Channel 7 new reports regarding my mother. You will also come to a second victim of this Bendigo Bank Manager and that second victim was Joan Douglas a WWII veterans widow. Now can some body tell me why a Bank is so determined to protect a Bank Manager and try to just deny everything covering it all up..?? "

This is an over whelming story of the Watts' family's fight to seek justice with supporting evidence against a Bendigo Bank Manager (Christine Frankham) who used her position and trust to take advantage of their elderly mother, Yolanda Hutton.

Tony Hutton Thank You Very Much,

You have honestly made my day, you should have all the links from that one page you need to get the whole story and it is quite a story that is so sadly true.

I am sure that this is just one of many like it that the Aussie public never hear about, the job you are doing holding the heat to the feet of the Banks is incredible and Australia owes you a debt of gratitude for doing so.

Otherwise madness would prevail and the Banks and Financial Institutions would just keep getting away with everything and anything they wanted too, thank you again for your help and dedication..

    Thanks Change...:)

I might be in the USA, but I am still an Aussie and Proud of it...:)

I would say that Denise herself is becoming more well known here in the USA and that is bringing the BFCSA along for the ride as a brand name, the reality is that there are few experts on what really has happened and is still happening with the Global Financial Networks and they are all intertwined.

The Financial Institutions have had a field-day since the Glass Steagall Act was effectively revoked in the 80's and that started the long path that we have now come the crossroads of today, with the only Law that the Financial Institutions keeping is the Law of Gravity (because they can't get around that one, YET..LOL).

Everything is woven together and even what happened to my mother is effectively an offshoot of the whole mess, albeit the connection is not so well apparent with the Banks holding to secrecy of there trust activities and that then leaves the doors open for what I call "little crooks" to hide behind.

Some days I feel like Deep Throat "Follow the Money"....:)

    Thanks again and God Bless...:)

    Bendigo not borrow from them.
They use unconscionable conduct to suck borrowers in.
No Morals, no scrupals and certainly no decency.
"Lie and deceive if you have to", get the saps to hand over their deeds anyway you can.
Tell them this is for their future and independancy.

Just another disgusting story to add to the hundreds/thousands already, again about the dishonest banking system. Where are the Government watchdogs? Sounds like Bendigo Bank are on a par with Nab. Level playing fields for all Lenders it appears.
What, are we all the invisible.? What happens to all our complaints? Are we all sorted together and locked away as whiners/pests/the forgotten's. What a joke the Australian Government looks. Cannot even take control of the banking systems. How can the Government, lenders and their shareholders keep ignoring these despicable and sordid events.!!!!

The Australian public would be horrified if they only realised how often this kind of elder abuse occurs. Not just by those in obvious positions of trust like Bank managers, lawyers, accountants, carers, even nursing home staff. It's just too easy for them to get away with this. Older people in their homes too, where it's said they were forgetful or must have misplaced the cash, jewellery, etc. Then nursing staff who insist that the missing money was a gift from their client, after the client has died. I've seen enough of this to know how it feels when you're grieving over their death and then find they've been robbed and cheated as well. How can we stop this happening?
Good on you Tony for not letting this situation slide away quietly. BFCSA are with you on this and other elder abuse by Banks and their opportunistic staff. The temptations are too great, the rewards enough to make crime worthwhile, plus a permissive and trusting attitude by governments and regulators has given these people the impression that their light fingered behaviour and disrespect for the Law and the sanctity of the signed documents will not be seen or punished. Banks like to hush up this kind of problem. Bring the Law down on the wrongdoers hard and publicly and we may begin to discourage those tempted by fraud and stealing. It's up to us and it's up to the Law enforcers. The laissez-faire attitude has caused too much damage to our older citizens and the disabled - we must all take a stand and bring the perps to book, one way or another.

    Thank You LisaMartin

Denise is extremely busy with the matter at hand and I am sure she is very much aware of the issue and who the 800 Pound Gorilla’s are in all of this iand all roads leading back to the Financial Industry with the hands on the Multi Million Dollars Trusts that there are 1,000’s off in Australia alone, this case is just one of many however it is probably our best chance to get our hands on someone involved from the Banking Industry it’s self.

Elderly Financial Abuse as Assistant District Attorney Paul Greenwood from the San Diego California’s Elderly Abuse Division calls it is the new Crime of the 21st Century, Paul is not only a Prosecuting Attorney he is English while also being a Solicitor and Barrister who attended the June 15th 2013 United Nations Convention held in Adelaide Australia.

The public needs to be very much aware as the present States Tribunal System are not working and are often being used by Financial Abuse perpetrators to gain control over their victims and then pillage their assets, while using that as a Gateway Crime to do even worse and even more grievous abuses upon the ward or protected person.

The seriousness of all of this is a Global issue with both its Aging Population and the Age of which people are starting to effected by Dementia is falling to even effect those in their late 40’s.

This is not an issue that is being taken seriously enough in Australia and everyone is at risk of either being a victim directly or having to clean up the mess of having a loved one that is a victim and by doing so they also become victims by proxy.

As I have said the Bendigo Bank and Christine Frankham issue have so many apparels with what Denise is chasing now that it is simply amazing, we do have a bank and a bank officer, also bank documents that have NOT been forthcoming, lying by the bank even to Police and the incapability of a Government Law Enforcement to think outside of the box to make an arrest that would normally be easy.

But you have to give credit to the Banking and Financial Industry, they are consistent with how they handle matters in exactly the same way. even when all of the documented evidence has been left behind and you can prove every word….!!!
