What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

~~~~~~~  PRESS RELEASE:  For Immediate Release:    ~~~~~~~~~~
Banking and Finance Consumer Support Association (Inc)
BFCSA (Inc) Creates Umbrella Consumer Protection Group for Bankwest Victims.
12th November 2012. Award-‐winning consumer advocate and President of the BFCSA, Ms Denise Brailey, has strenuously called for a Royal Commission into Banking and Finance as a matter of urgency.
In particular, evidence presented by several witnesses at the August Senate Economics Committee Hearing into “Banking -‐Post GFC” raised serious questions about the HBOS sale of Bankwest to the CBA, and the loan and property re-‐valuation practices, routinely encouraged by Bankwest executives.
“There are over 200 people thought to have been unwittingly caught up in the suspect activities of the HBOS sale of Bankwest to the CBA and Bankwest’s unwarranted foreclosure tactics”, says Ms Brailey.
“Several small groups have come forward to look at options that may be available to them.”
Bankwest initiated sudden requests for an updated valuation of the property attached to a mortgage. The re-‐ valuations came in markedly lower than the previous valuations. Bankwest then used the lower valuations to call in customers’ loans, placing the unsuspecting mortgagor technically in default., when in fact payments were up to date.
