What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

BFCSA: Penalty for falsifying documents should be 30 years jail and 50 years JAIL for CEO's creating the TOXIC LOAN PROCESS

From another member:

"I don't care how much it costs the banks, that's the penalty for falsifying documents and doing the wrong thing by consumers.  Jail is the answers - a good long stretch for the Banker Engineers."

That's how consumers and normal people think. No real Australian wants to be ripped off by a big business!

I can remember well the horror of discovering that Denise was right: no one at ASIC was willing to help.

And the similar horror of it dawning on me that ASIC and all the rest just stood by and allowed people to rob others, steal their homes where fraud had occurred.

Then today when I heard from a friend who is still waiting 18 months later for the Police to do something about their dreadful mortgage: their LAFs are the "poster child" for fraud, tampering and forgery - A real classic! What's going on, they said. Do we have to go back to the local politician to get answers? We get the brush off when we try to get answers from the Police as well. Why?

The wheels of the Australian justice system in our defense grind so slowly they must rust on their rails. Not so, when it comes to rubber stamping our homes into the careless hands of grubby lenders. Why?

People get injured and die from the shock and distress of being plunged into the abyss of financial crime. It is such a devastating experience for anyone who has never had anything to do with crime to be treated that way and expected by the authorities to put up with this disgusting treatment. People who had never even considered crime to be part of their lives suddenly find they're being accused of the fraud and treated like the criminals by the Bankster staff and ASIC. It can send you out of your mind dealing with this toxic upside down insane world of white collar crime!

It's so obviously fraud - it doesn't require a Rhodes scholar to work that part out in each case. The whole system of lending is based on fraud, right across the board.

Another friend described their mortgage as a 'death trap' - seeing what it did to their family that rings true.

But apart from a few good Senators the rest are still trying to minimize the problem with statements like "Well, that's just one case" and even "I can't see anything wrong with that" and "You signed it"and "You got the money".

Every politician right across Australia should get an education fast: lending isn't about giving borrowers money any more. It hasn't been since the 90s as far as I can make out. Who are they trying to kid with such inane statements, especially when upset and long suffering constituents come to them for support in reporting criminal lending practices!? Has the Australian Government gone mad!!??

If that quote came from Senator Bishop, more power to him. At least he's on the right track and dealing with reality.

 and from ALI

It's time to extinguish all fraudulent loans and stop the pain and suffering. We do not deserve to go through this pain and torture any longer. Put the banksters in our shoes and see how they feel. We have had enough and want our lives back. Sufficient evidence has been put forward from all directions. This should merit a Royal Commission. We are praying to God and pinning our hopes on the Senators delivering a positive and favourable decision at the end of May SENATORS REPORT.

AND FROM NABbed Nanna-

It has nearly been 12 months since Nab took possession of our home. The pain is still there. The torment, the embarrassment, all to familiar feelings. Nab's insidious persecution still goes on. We still do not know where we stand with Nab. No contact, what so ever. Nab send monthly loan statements with ever increasing interest added month after month. No indication of what has happened with the proceeds of the sale of our home. The new owners are still helping themselves to what ever they want from our leased land which adjoins our old home property. These low lifes are criminals with no morals. In court the mongrels perjured themselves to the max, but my well planned court documentation and questioning bought out just what I needed and just how much these low lifes were prepared to lie. Well now, I have them on toast. Next stop a jail cell, but this does not help me with Nab. It alleviates one major problem in our lives that is unless the thugs decide to re offend and bash a policeman again which was there last jail term. Can anyone really imagine what we have been through.?

We are just ordinary and average and have never had to deal with fraudsters, courts, thugs and the likes. I believe I am a trusting soul and take everyone at face value and this is where I have come unstuck, although I am a very determined person and keep marching on day after day. I often wonder why? My heart goes out to all the members who are in the same predicament as ourselves. It is not easy, having to start again at retirement age with nothing behind you, but it will change for the better I am sure. Just seems to take forever but it will happen. Just hope I am not to old to enjoy watching the Lenders come tumbling down and a victory for all BFCSA members and supporters.

I still find it hard to comprehend that I was arrested for the fraud on my loan out in the middle of my street ,made to spread eagle on the car while they patted me down taken to a police cell where I waited for hours to get bail ,went to court for 2 years to clear my name and defend these charges costing me thousands of dollars and the wise old DEPARTMENT FOR PROSECUTION decide to drop the case against me 4 days before the trial which would have given me the chance to put this corruption and fraud in the spotlight!
What I find even more astounding is the major crime squad decided to arrest the accountant who prepared the false tax doccs and false income and he got a fine.. Clearly this accountant did not act alone in this. After going through all the steps and government agencies I went back to major fraud squad to report this fraud that they got so wrong previously. They have decided in all of their wisdom that they are satisfied with just arresting the accountant.I quote from this detective "we don't like to go after big corporate business".So May 7th will be the big day for the decision by the Supreme Court on whether to evict or freeze my loan! Please explain to me how these bankers and all these government departments who are supposed to be for helping the consumer are getting away with this.I didn't even get an apology for them getting it so wrong.Embarrassment, anguish, stress, despair are all part of my life now and its still not over after 6 yrs.I was under the impression that a bank cannot profit from a fraudulent loan and yet here they are still charging and COSL who have acknowledged the fraud on my loan did they get their fee from the bank???

Dear Grandma, I suspect there is a little more to this, as its the only house call ASIC has made. ASIC have a big wish to nail a consumer. I am very concerned that Police are reluctant to go after Bank Assessors who tampered with the service calculator form sent to them by bank agents, to PUMP UP VOLUME and meet Bank Quotas, under instruction from the Credit Managers who were under orders from the top executive suite in the Major Banks. ASIC have admitted as such to me. "Yes Denise, the banks are the Engineers, no doubt about it. The regulators know every detail of our aussie grand bank heist and yet do nothing about this wide spread toxic loan criminal activity. Makes Tony Mokbel and Carl Williams look like Mary Poppins. The point is WHY did the banks invent the service calculator if not to perpetrate the greatest fraud this country has ever experienced or seen? COSL has thrown out thousands of cases saying "we see fraud and cannot assist you.....sod off."
Then ASIC lie to Parliament 8/8/12 and say No Systemic issues. WHY did the bankers see the need to triple the price of the TOXIC product for consumers by creating the Broker Channel and six degrees of separation, if not to HIDE the CRIME and shift liability for a fraud of their own creation? The Brokers were paper shufflers and had no idea the service calculator was the fraud! Brokers and Bank Managers were taught "you are just helping people to get loans!"
Yes TOXIC loans INDEED. If you are a betting person Grandma, hang in there, if you bet this crime scene will eventually face will win. Remember: if ordinary people rob a bank the full force of the law comes down heavy on the perpetrator. If the bank robs the customers (100,000 people as an estimate) two porters at ASIC crack their knuckles. The intention to deceive was always delivered by THE BANKS for one purpose big fat bonus cheques, record shareholder dividends, massive profit reports = Greed of the CEO's. [email protected]

Police are reluctant to go after anyone not just banksters.

What can I say Grandma. You and I appear to be in the same boat. The police were reluctant to help us when items started disappearing from our leased property. For some reason unbeknown to me the cops seemed to be on the criminals side even though we had heaps of evidence. Although this is a different type of crime to yours it is disappointing that the cops do not want to help. It has taken me 5 months and a lot of headaches and 4 court appearances to finally get the help I need from them. I can perhaps understand their reluctance due to the fact that the perpetrator already had a 4 year sentence for aggravated assault against a policeman not to many years ago. In the 40 years we lived in the district we never had to ask for help from the police, in fact I cannot ever remember ever having any dealing with the police in that time. I did not know of this thugs background but I'm sure the police would have. I believe they have access to criminal records that the average person does not. How about even warning us about the type of person we were dealing with? Absolutely nothing and as I have said the police seemed to be on their side. Anyway it is all coming to a head now and these crims have backed themselves into a corner by lying in court. It all worked out beautifully really. I got what I wanted in so far as the facts I needed to expose them came out. They had no idea what I was up to and they believe they are off the hook and have gotten away with their blatant stealing. Life surely is a trial at times Grandma.
