What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

BFCSA: Message to Governor General re the Bankster Low Doc Scandal

Her Excellency,   The Governor General of Australia,   Ms Quentin Bryce

I sincerely hope you had a wonderful time in Antarctica.  The glorious sights must have been wonderful.  Over 100,000 families have an urgent and pressing need to seek your assistance in representations to Government on bad banking practices.  BFCSA Members  in a  collective effort have uncovered a massive bank fraud perpetrated on over 100,000 Australia and New Zealand citizens.

We need your assistance to convince the Federal Government that it cannot exempt our banks from prosecution.  It cannot cover up the facts and cannot deny us the right to witness a determined enforcement of law.  The Government ought to be instructing the Australian Federal Police to investigate these numerous and serious complaints regarding lending practices by banks in Australia.

We would sincerely hope you would intervene and assist by sending letters to the Prime Minister and asking her to simply enforce our laws by a strong commitment to holding a Royal Commission into the Banking and Finance sector.  Over 600 complaints a week of imprudent lending must be ringing alarm bells.  The evidence we have amassed must be put in front of an appointed Royal Commissioner.  Australians have a right to air their grievances in a properly constituted forum and have those details properly analysed and assessed.

Clearly, the current regulatory cover-up is not a good look for our Nation.

I have also written to the Governor General and included your message Denise. I will post her reply for you all to read. Lets hope it's not another fob off.
But fob off or not we can never give up. Sooner or later something has to give. The power of the pen and people power will ultimately prevail.

I also wrote to her 4 months ago. She just ignored my letter. I never got a reply.

That comes as no surprise - it's what i expected anyway but how rude. As disheartening as it may feel the letter writing bombardment needs to continue regardless.
