DISTRESS SOS

What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

BFCSA: Greedy Bankers approved shonky Parental Guarantee loans - blatant breach of laws to protect.

Yes folks, its another ugly twist and the lengths our Greedy Bankers will go to gain an extra dollars profit.  Shareholders could be in for a huge falls in dividends when truth finally oozes out onto the footpath.   Bankers were not looking after shareholders, but looking after "selfie" monkey business.

Parental guarantees on mortgages were approved without the legal requirements being met.....independent letters from lawyers to say they had been fully briefed on risk of losing one's home.  Even if the parents understood the risks – that even signing a document to this effect was still a breach of law, if the parents were to receive no benefit.....etc

Banks have defrauded guarantors in some cases by making them actual co-borrowers on paper…

What a shocking state of affairs that is?   FOS had no idea until BFCSA pointed out these issues......wonder what happened to earlier cases that need to be re-opened and independently examined?

Why did ASIC turn its back on these serious complaints issues from consumers?  Whose purpose was ASIC serving?

We are trying to teach FOS to take the lead from the courts...........not pretend they know better than our Justice System.

People want real Justice not the Bank Master's version of justice.

Lets hope the Senators give ASIC a big whack for their obvious and consistent negligence in not even bothering to investigate the biggest crime this country has ever seen, against the greatest number of people.  Bankers wanted to say "most profitable banks in the world with only $23 million people, and we achieved that by stealth!"  Well no surprises there.

That's what happens when you de-regulate any institution: Greedy Bankers have run amok with other people's money, vulnerable people's only asset - their home!  Bankers targeted ARIP's.

If you are affected and have not spoken to me - call me please..................

Royal Commission into Banking urgently needed, long overdue by a decade!

We are one of the earlier cases dismissed by FOS. My son was added as a guarantor and a loan applicant. He did not apply for a loan nor ever intended to be a guarantor. He was unilaterally added by Nab. He never signed any loan application nor was he ever part of the business plan provided by the broker to Nab. Just how did he get into the documents.? FOS knew of this matter as it was an integral part of our case against Nab's maladministration in approving a business loan. Nab were so confused it was later found out that they thought my son was married to my daughter. That is no excuse is it.? A simple phone call could have cleared that up.!!!! Nab managed to remove one of the applicants and unilaterally add my son. When it all came crashing down in 2 years Nab then pursued the removed person. Figure that one out as well!! Also part of the FOS Case.!!!!!
The unregistered Broker never met with my son and he was not even mentioned in any paperwork whatsoever. The Broker never met with us (4) as well. Figure the morons out. Just greedy and devious. Low sods.!!!!!

    Irresponsible Governing?.

Were our Government irresponsible or just plain lazy when they allowed our filthy Bankster Industry to regulate themselves?. That question will probably never be answered without a Full Royal Commission but I feel sure there will be many skeletons in ex-Bankster and ex-Politicians closets that will be rattling very loudly should that much needed Royal Commission ever be called.
At what point did our politicians decide that our Banks were so trustworthy and honest that they could leave them to their own devices. Its like leaving the little fat kid in Willy Wonkas chocolate factory and telling him not to touch anything, too much temptation for anyone to bear. The provisos that were put into place for the Banks to self regulate were there but were just ignored and became un-regulated, with their own codes of Banking conduct no longer administered. For the simple fact that an industry that should base its entire trading on trust, that trust has forever been broken and the only resolve is to repay the mistake voluntarily. If the Bankster industry refuses to settle without this being exposed to the world by force then their credibility will have taken an unfixable turn. Our politicians must reinforce their control over the Banking industry as we are seeing now without regulation common decency gets ignored and trust depleted. The time is right now for a Government to take back authority work for all people reset guidelines and bring back the standards which we should expect everybody to function by. There is in todays world a take much give little attitude every person has a god given right to be treated as they have treated others and most that have been exploited by the Banksters are decent people who just expect decency back. Common courtesy not a lot to ask.

It is absolutely disgusting that nobody in authority has the balls to put up the big stop sign and say enough is enough. I have seen untold lender sites where they are encouraging parents to go guarantor for their children to get into the property market so goodness knows how many more unsuspecting people are being daily conned into giving up all they have worked for. Recyled debt and theft in stealth is now running so rampant if something is not done to put a stop to it and fast it is going to end up a whole lot worse than just mutiny on the bounty!
