What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

BFCSA: FOS has 666 new SUB PRIME Complaints against Banksters per week!

FOS is on overload and warning consumers that investigations may take a year or two.  In fact it may take up to a year to have an investigator appointed.  In all similar cases you need to ask for a proper investigation. One case was allocated a number on 26 July 2012 # 292446.  Now we notice that another case number allocated in mid October # 300444.

The difference: 8000 Case numbers allocated over 12 weeks  = 666 per week

5 days a week = 133 new cases pouring into the doors of FOS, per day 

The Australian Federal Government does not see a problem, when 32,000 people per annum, are complaining about our major banks?  

Are the Members of Parliament that stupid?

Why is it that BFCSA can see a problem and the Government is in denial?  This is our GFC.  We take a while to wake up here in the South.  So many loans where forgery of signature and fraudulently tampered with Loan Application Forms are in existence.

26th November 2012 - Financial difficulty disputes have increased by 42% according to the recent annual report from the Financial Ombudsman Service.

The FCA is also feeling the load: The continuing increase in financial difficulty disputes is something that is a cause of concern not just for financial counsellors – who each year help thousands of Australians struggling to pay their bills – but also for financial institutions and FOS”, said Fiona Guthrie, Executive Director of FCA.

Are these really "hardship" cases?  BFCSA membership has grown 170% in the last six months.   Not all our members with mortgages are in default as they are paying the payments with Buffer Monies: ie the bank's own money to masquerade the loan as prudent and simulate "affordability."

When "buffer monies" run out, the fraud reveals itself as people seek help.

However their inquiries have opened up a  Pandora's Box as each member finds their loan has been fraudulently contrived by use of the Bankster engineered Service Calculator.

Problem for the Banksters: the Genie is well and truly out of the bottle and its time for consumers to wake up the Government.

FOS, the FC's and COSL are in existence to handle DISPUTES yet these complaints relate to fraud perpetrated by the banks themselves and via internal officers altering detailed financial information.   State Police cannot handle investigations into Banks as these specific allegations are a Commonwealth matter.  The Australian Federal Police do very little it seems.  Yet, the fraud and forgery continues as consumer complaints mount up.  

The fraud we have uncovered takes place INSIDE the bank.  Banksters expected the Brokers to wear the blame.  Now their dirty little plans to blame brokers has back-fired.  BFCSA Members now know the SERVICE CALCULATOR is the culprit and that Banksters are responsible for its creation.  We also know the brokers were acting as agents of the bank by use of codes and passwords and also by the express task of collection of identity documentation on specific instructions by the Banksters to the Brokers in a  series of well informed emails sent to 40,000 Brokers.

What a mess!!!!  Now we are seeing the abject need for a Royal Commission into the Banking Sector and Treasury is turning a blind eye.

What is going on here?  This is not our job but we are forced to cope with the load.

    FOS recently advised that they recommend we be allocated an Investigator, but it could take several months due to their work load.

    So now we wait. We have not heard from RAMS or Kemp Strang for months. Our mortgage has not been paid since May 2012. Why throw what little money we have away to these crooks? We are stressed as hell, no work and husband has leukemia.

    Last August 2012 we received our LAF copies minus "commercially sensitive" docs according to RAMS...but, something even more fishy has developed now.... RAMS's most recent written response to FOS has stated our source of income DIFFERENT AGAIN from the LAF copy provided to us by RAMS last August.!

    So sorry Arree - leukemia brought on by long term stress i'll bet and all because of those evil people in high work places. My hubby is a cancer surviver and he has to have regular checks as it could return at any time. Again stress related.
    I wonder if those crims would feel for us if we were talking to them across their desk about our situation.
    Would it make a difference if they could see the suffering on our faces as we informed them of our circumstances. Would they be sympathetic towards us??

    All they care about is how much they can rip us off for....they do not have a heart
    otherwise they wouldn't be able to work at that job.
    Job application..We only employ ruthless people with no conscience or hearts.
    People with a conscience need not apply.
