What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

LAF Document Dump

The Banking and Finance Consumer Support Association and its president, Denise Brailey, have been all over the news lately. Australia's banks and regulators are taking an almighty beating on all sorts of fronts from the tiny organisation. It's part of a media campaign that's been a long time in the making. And the climax hit a few days ago. Denise has begun her document dump. Vast amounts of manipulated Loan Application Forms are now publicly available on the BFCSA homepage.

www.bfcsa.com.au

Many of the documents describe exactly how the LAF was manipulated, and the pathetic responses of ASIC, the Financial Ombudsman Service, the banks and mortgage brokers are also documented. The media is picking up the momentum now that the evidence is public.

But still, far too few people are realising the power of this story. They don't seem to connect that it means their mortgage could be cancelled or reduced."

" Remember, the banks are making things difficult for you because they know what's at stake. FOS and ASIC have no incentive to care.

You must grasp this opportunity for yourself.  "

Have a great week!

The banks, regulators and all their buddies can run...but there's no where to hide. The truth is out for the world to read and soon all those involved behind this Australian sub prime lending will be brought to justice.

They can deny all they like, the facts are there for all to read.
It was all rigged from the onset.
The honest borrowers fleeced by the corrupt lenders.
    ASIC sides with banks.
Bring them to justice and jail the guilty and greedy.
Victims should be compensated for pain and suffering, as well as being put
back to the position they were in before having the misfortune of being conned
    by the liars.

Borrowers could be rushing in to get their Loan Application Forms to find out how much can be saved from their dud mortgages. Some of those mortgages may even be completely written off due to the illegal conduct of "lenders" and credit providers.
Even the recent refinances can be illegally engineered and put the borrowers home and family to considerable extra cost and risk.
Don't wait - do it as soon as you can.
This is a legitimate opportunity to save your precious hard earned dollars and you a whole lot of money and worry.
Don't put up with the prospect of having to work multiple jobs and missing your kids just to pay the Bank if you don't have to.
30 years is a long time to be chained to the wheel of debt slavery.
I wonder why borrowers are hesitating? It doesn't make sense....

Thanks for the article Change. In the last fortnight with all the reveals from Denise and the media why hasn't Canberra taken up the gauntlet. With the exceptions of Senators Cameron and Williams who are trying to get to the root cause of Australias own sub prime debacle no one else in high profile positions has made any statements. I sincerely hope they are not taking this cause of action on advice from ASIC. To be fighting over the colour of one's tie or what or was not printed on a dinner menu is ridiculous, the pollies haveto act now, but they have already set themselves up and bugger the poor voters. As of July 1 they all get big pay rises and even if they lose their seats in September their super will be paid at the new high rate, a new high rate ten weeks before an election, good one Canberra we certainly know where your priorities are .

    "Hubble Telescope"

Neil, "banksters-sham-calculator" not on Canberra's Consumer Defence Radar, as Pollie's-calc works just fine "paying-out juicy packages and to hell with consumer protection, save a few morally guided honourable Senators.

There is nothing to lose by requesting from your lender the Loan Application Form if you did not receive one on signing. The chances are that if you didn't receive a copy then you have been most likely scammed by your lender. My son has just got around to requesting his LAF and they sent him a copy of the contract which is absolutely rubbish and no use to discovering fraud. People should be joining BFCSA immediately and finding out what exactly you have to ask for, and for the sake of $50 will more than likely save you the misery of loosing you home and every last dollar you have. It could be the best $50 one could ever spend. Remember these loans have been set up to implode in 5-7 years. Even if you have been refinanced you can still request you LAF's from previous lenders, there is nothing to lose and most likely a lot to gain. If you have a mortgage HELP YOURSELVES and join now especially if you have a no or low doc loan, don't be frightened they can't hurt you or come back at you, remember you should have legally received one at time of signing.
