What BFCSA Does...
BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide. Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years. For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams. She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

BFCSA DEMANDS TO AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL GOVERNMENT:
- BANKERS MUST GO TO JAIL!!!
- FREEZE on all payments in fraudulent and infected loans and where imprudent lending obvious.
- ENFORCEMENT of RULES REGS AND LAWS to be provided as a top priority in every case.
- TITLE DEEDS must be handed back in 30 days where fraud is obvious and compelling, in line with the High Court
- REFINANCE DEALS must be peeled back to original loan amount.
- CREDIT CARD interest payments be handed back where fraud took place
- REVERSE MORTGAGES be banned completely and dissolved with retrospective provisions regarding exit fees.
- ASIC to be immediately removed as consumer protector
- APRA to immediately and publicly disclose actual default figures in all mortgage loans and disclosure of sources.
- AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL GOVERNMENT to cease having meetings with industry captured regulators, industry captains and bankers, on matters pertaining to consumers and consumer protection.
- FUNDS BE ALLOCATED by the Federal Government for proper consumer driven Banking And Protection Agency ("BAPA"): asap due to the urgency of the situation.
- AUDITS TAKE PLACE immediately on the RMBS Packages - Full Docs included in Audits: to be overseen by Member of "BAPA"
- CONSUMERS (numbered as in the majority) be respected by all Members of Parliament.
- BANKING Donations to political parties be abolished immediately.
No longer can we as a nation, permit a small minority of Masters of the Banking Universe to engage in predatory and systemic corruption of our banking sector and cast a giant cloud over sensible and reasonable political judgement.

To our faithful members who are growing daily in numbers as more seek refuge from these Banksters.
We have posted a fraction of our evidence against the 36 Lenders involved in the AUSTRALIAN MORTGAGE SCANDAL. In fact, we have been holding our own ROYAL COMMISSION on BFCSA website. Bring on the evidence.
The pressure is mounting thanks to all the foot soldiers who thought initially they had no power at all to stand up these banksters and lazy governments. In 2002, the stench was already apparent in Low Doc lending. Both political parties commenced rounds of meetings to discuss "industry concerns."
Who was discussing the affected consumers???" No more will consumers be left in the dark. No more will you have to suffer in silence. BFCSA has opened the doors to empowerment. The NSW legal Service first lobbied for money to take a case to court named Khoshaba. I met with these people, via an interpreter/ advocate, and pointed out the fraud on the LAF, which no-one had a copy of. The rest is very important history of other cases bouncing off the Khoshaba case as being superior case law. ASIC refused to use its over-bloated funds to fund Khoshaba or the Streetwise case. More spin offs occurred via other government agency funding by state governments........not federal!!!!
We demand our own BANKING and PROTECTION AGENCY - properly funded - with assurances from both sides of the political divide that our politicians will agree to protect financial security for future generations to come. We need to ensure that our children enter their adult years free from Bankster Tyranny.
All former politicians should join forces with BFCSA and right a wrong that has been festering for years in the Australian Community.
Sending citizens into debt and poverty and homelessness, is not the Australian way: NOW WAY!!!!

Sunday, 02 September 2012Yes i totally agree Denise - we the people will continue to stand up strong for our rights and change the wrongs of the ones with no concience. Our children and grand-children are depending on us and we cannot let them down.
The future belongs to them so lets make it a good one - they will be proud of us and our efforts.
There is strength in numbers which is growing each day. We are so proud to have you as our leader!
PS WE enjoyed listening to you on 6PR on Sat and were not surprised at the interviewers reaction of disbelief when they heard of the banks behaviour. The awakening of the general public is forthcoming as the awesome truth is revealed. -

Denise I am overwhelmed with your tenacity, determination, knowledge and continual support, a magnificent effort on your behalf. Please keep up the challenge as I believe we are well on the road to success as banks and lenders are finding it difficult to sidestep this travesty, as politicions, ASIC, FOS, APIA and federal police, etc, now have a demand thrust upon them to act in the name of justice.
The media now have a part to play by bringing news of this disgraceful fraud on genuine citizens to the attention of our public in Australia and NZ.
To the big 4 banks, be very afraid, the ball is in your court.
