What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

BFCSA: Lawyers without Ethics - same as the Banksters

I agree with Dario (his comment will be placed back up there later today.)

There are so many lawyers who have already taken very large sums of money from people - large because $10,000 maybe their entire bank account.  Drained dry and with no result, consumers are then thrown back out onto the streets.  Lawyers should be saying: "our legal system is mega expensive. It is only for the super dooper wealthy and not for YOU Mr and Mrs Average Decent Hardworking Citizen.  The average amount you need to go all the way (and banks go all the way....) starts at $600,000.  Honesty is essential here.   You will need funding whereby the funder picks up the risk of party party costs.  The reason seven cases have been one by victims in the courts in the past decade as those cases were fully funded. Go to the Premier and Attorney General in each State and ask for Funding.......I can help you write that letter for $1500, otherwise go to BFCSA....its a support group that deals with these issues."

That the type of truthful advice that lawyers should be saying but, sadly a few have zero ethics.......................

Then there are the utterly contemptible (in my view) lawyers that posted out mortgage contracts to the people with "yellow stickers" in the full knowledge their Bankster clientele used the broker channel to dissuade anyone from seeking "independent" legal advice.  These doyens of the legal profession KNEW that no-one just happened to have a solicitor, so a form was created to have the victims to sign something they clearly did not understand.  These "CPLs" Contemptible Predatory Lawyers made money from "acting for everyone" and they then made money, as they certainly contemplated on serving writs and taking those same people to court to repossess their homes.  All victims of HOMES LOST should be asking BFCSA to place them on our HOME LOST REGISTER as we will be coming after the Banksters and their mates in a rather big way.  Bank on it!

You will need to be part of a group like BFCSA that will gather you together in a class and shop for options that benefit YOU.  The system only advantages the Banksters as that is where the money is.  Our mission is collectivism, protecting people, protecting the group from interlopers, stooges, wannabees and fruit-loops and leading the masses down a forward and positive path littered with evidence.....clues that BFCSA have introduced to the world via social media....clues that ASIC and Treasury failed to pick up.   We do this with DIGNITY AND INTEGRITY.  Others have tried to copy our system but ours is from the heart not focused on money....good old fashioned values.

A ROYAL COMMISSION is the only platform for these people to have a voice.  The truth of the Australian Mortgage Scandal is a shocker.  We now know we are dealing with grand scale corruption.  Watch Four Corners again this Monday on Wall Street.  They have come out of their barriers this year racing ahead of the pack.

Our membership has grown again since Christmas as the word spreads of what the banksters were doing.  Our collection of documentary evidence is astounding.  Yet lawyers have tried to cash in for the sake of easy money.  We need decent lawyers with a pro bono heart....not the opportunists trying to bilk these people a second time around. Collectively we are becoming INFORMED andd ARMED with knowledge, with powerful information and the power of the pen and the internet.   We are all protecting each other.   Well said Dario  Keep blogging and commenting.   This email address is being protected from spambots. I'd say that when Denise is finished with the bankers and their mates that she'll go hounding after the second most greedy lot in Australia, the ones that charge so high that only five % of the population can use the legal system. Dirty lot, and to think the most senior of them got their education paid by 'us' and the 'juniors' got a very heavy discount on the true cost of theirs. Enough said, lets keep focused on the banker crooks!

318 Storm clients who bankrolled the $7 million cost of the litigation (class action Storm Financial) will recover about half of their contributions, while those who did not join the class action will recoup only about 20 per cent ..." As stated in Gold Coast Bulletin article today "Bank settles on Storm"

..."Sydney Law Firm Levitt Robinson launched the class action in December 2010, accusing the bank of alleged breach of contract, unconscionable conduct and liabilities as a linked credit provider...."
.."Law firm principal Stewart Levitt said the settlement could put additional pressure on the Commonwealth Bank, which is fighting a similar class action in a trial that started last week.

Mr Levitt's firm has also launched legal action against Bank of Queensland in relation to its lending to Storm Clients. The Commonwealth Bank has already agreed to pay out almost $270million in negotiated settlements with about 2000 Storm victims." The Courier Mail
