What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Readers and Members are fighting back.  Here are some of their comments:

READER 1: Yes, bring it on.

FREEZE all TOXIC loans & let FOS work it out case by case.  They say 30,000 cases banked up..............

FOS will need to start to think about employing a whole new ship of people. They will need hundreds of people to shift through the mess......... JUST EXTINGUISH the lot & compensate those who have already LOST HOMES & LOST MILLIONS.

I am sure DB has a few ideas of how to FIX it nice & quick for us with out all the bull sxxt investigations to take place.

FRAUD is FRAUD........ and FRAUD has taken place with each & every one of us! Why would be here if it hadn't happened? Are the regulators blind, stupid or corrupt?

Why would any one one to part of this club if they didn't have to be.  Again, I say it is us for a reason......

We have the strength to continue & will fight until we get justice.

Many of you have completed many hard yards over the years to get to this point, I have only just started & I am so grateful for the work you have all done to get to this point...... you know who you are.xx

I  am prepared to go the mile & stick to my GUNS!

ASIC needs a good dose of Epsom Salts to flush them out. Will be most interesting to see how many newly unemployed people are in for the same big shock we have all had to experience thanks to the gross incompetence of ASIC who cannot even decipher their own rules and regulations or - is the real truth they can and they do for they are who make them?

Most people do not even know they are a victim of the rampant mortgage fraud that has been running rife for so very long and is still running rife under the watch of ASIC until their source of income is stripped from them so please note that very well Senators for this is just the start of a lot of very ugly truths being exposed.

I have been hearing a lot of people in the know reporting on radio that the real unemployment figure in our country is not 6% but more like 16% (more fudged figures) and every single day it just keeps on rising! Just another premedita ted slip of sticky fingers it seems under the watch of Treasury where a 1 is conveniently added in front of the true figure in stealth to cover up for what they have allowed to happen.

It is never ever revealed that they include people who work for as little as 1 hour a day or one day a week and all casual workers in employment figures do they? Did anybody pick up the big hint yesterday by the way when Joe said "the Government (should have said the Australian people) now have very few revenue producing assets left BUT he has been told we own an awful lot of golf courses"???  Do not have to be a rocket scientist to work out what else is on the big asset sell off asset hit list so looks like soon to join a golf club or even play a round of golf will be unaffordable for everybody - with the exception of dream stealers and favoured banker mates of course!

So the FRUAD SQUAD called me yesterday.
They tried to talk to ASIC , FOS , ANZ and BANKWANK......about my cases and accusations......
    They got DITTO
    Got no where.
So I have this man who is more than happy to help me.
An AUTHORITY of the Crimes Investigation Unit
Not one person will give him one piece of information.
I will now take him all the documents and he has promised me he will go through the process and start the investigation.

Gfs,it only takes one dedicated and brave official to go against the political and bankster masters to start the ball rolling. The public have had a gut full of corruption and sincethe pollies have set the precedent by chasing the unions they will be in no position to oppose investigation into bankster fraud from the police.

Well well, I recall reading a newspaper article a few years ago about somebody now in a high position within our Regulatory bodies having worked in the banking field in Singapore for a very long time before returning home a few years ago. Guess he must think to own a slice of a golf course and the 18th hole in his home country is not a bad idea! Might even go searching through old files I have safely stored away on CD's to see if able to turn it up and share with everybody after I finish collecting and rummaging through all the storage boxes to find that elusive taxation return I need before opening up my own case with FOS!

    I agree NT
Bogged down with severe depression I will strive for justice if this man is willing to help.
On the days when I am not crippled in bed I will be up fighting. Some days are just to hard and I sleep it away.
Not only must we see a RC ASAP....... We must see the TOXIC loans frozen till sorted out what to do with them and families must be able to live again knowing that justice is not far away and homes are safe.
A lot must change in the coming months, it has to.....
For those who have endured this pain for years, I applaud you.....Susan, NT! Nanna! Ali, Change....

It has crippled me within months.
    In saying all that......
I have appropriate at help and I will remain strong and continue to fight
What an incredible and heart wrenching story we all have to tell.

It is telling that even the police has trouble getting documents and info from ASIC, FOS and ANZ Bank!
The powers there are have closed ranks long ago.
When a system becomes too oppressive, the victims rise. History is proof of that.
I guess they are surprised that the cracks are opening. Hence this insane determination process at FOS.
If FOS hand down these ridiculous determinations, it is pre-determined that we will not accept and go to court.

The writing is on the wall. There are now so many of us from nearly all walks of life. The Pandorra's box has opened. We will not back down.
The banks' and regulators' arrogance comes shortly before their fall.
If they were not so psychopathic, they would come round and become part of the solution.

Gfs, in the begining of this ordeal I had the combination of physical issues and severe mental stress. It was easy to find escape in morphine and anti depressants as I curled up in the faetal position in bed for over twenty two hours a day trying to escape reality.Fate intervened in 2008 and a brilliant neurosurgeon gave me back quality of life and as I slowly regained my strength I decided not to cave in and let the bankster bastards beat me.We started this fight alone and then Jenny and Dwayne who were in our investor group arranged a small meeting and thats when LAF fraud was explained to us for the first time, a little knowledge is a powerful tool, a lot of knowledge can move mountains and get laws changed and evil doers exposed. Gfs if the Senators hearings gain momentum and the media run with the story especially exposing FOS, it might buy you a bit of breathing space

Thank you so much Tom. I thought that was the name but was not certain enough to say so in writing. Very grateful knowing I can now focus on fos sick ing through storage boxes to find that tax file. Rather dangerous situation knowing so many of them come from the same gene pool which dates right back to the time of conception is it not?

Everyone is so inspirational. We are a determined lot aren't we? I feel so confident now after having had over 4 years of hell in my life. Nab are criminals and there ongoing persecution and stupidity is unbelievable. It is not yet over for my husband and myself but we keep ploughing on. Each day a little closer to the Royal Commission, each day closer to justice for us all. As I have said over and over our day will come, justice will prevail. Lets hope I am not to old to enjoy the fruits of our labour. !!!!! On a good note my beautiful granddaughter is expecting her first baby. I am going to be a great grandma. Yahoo, looking so forward to this new life in our family.

Congratulations Nanna and yes finding BFCSA has been so very uplifting for me I could not even begin to tell you how much for prior and for so long I was flying solo. Just picture how I looked until a few months ago after I went into meltdown for 6 months and lost so much weight through the stress and shame of finding out all I did just one week after settlement on top of enduring 15 long months of trying to sell that my knickers were falling off my hips. Think the day I took stock of what I had allowed happen is the day I woke right up and I reckon whilst I could not match our PM physically in the boxing ring I sure can match him with words for once I actually had the pleasure of so doing. That experience gave me a healthy respect for him and I really do not believe he is a bad egg but completely overwhelmed at what he has inherited and has to somehow try and fix. Just got to keep on hammering for so much of what we forward is so very well screened one can bet he never even gets to see it!

Our lender, New Loan stated not complicit and were upset that I suggested so but thinking back we still owed 50K on our mortgage to Westpac. The broker stated to get the now low doc loan we also had to have our mortgage with New Loan, we had to get proof from Westpac on the outstanding figure on the mortgage and this was forwarded to New Loan to pay out and also draw up a new loan to cover the mortgage payout. If its the brokers fault why woulld he state we had to have a mortgage with New Loan, unless instructed to do so.

The bottom line Neil is fraud is fraud regardless of who how or why and if one bends the rules they should expect to be punished. Greed and temptation got the better of all of them and ASIC is who are responsible for not putting a stop to it when they could and should have. They all know what they did and did not do yet all are too gutless to face up to it and now the pressure is on they are all operating in panic mode. As somebody else mentioned in a comment if not so serious it would be laughable for the more they try and cover up the more guilty it makes them look and the bigger the mess they create yet they still do not get it do they? As far as I am concerned if I want to gamble or lie and take a big risk I should be given the choice and those who want to gamble and take risks should be allowed to but certainly not with my money and most certainly not behind my back!

Organza, with all the knives I have hanging out of my back from the Nab B......s I am so weighted down I look like a U BOLT. Unlike you I am a chubby bubby or humpty dumpty as I refer to myself and touching my toes with all those knives is a bit of an effort. Thugs and bullies I believe fits Nab. No doubt Nab will have a huge quarterly profit as well as the others. Just how is this possible. ???? certainly not appreciated by consumers. Surely Shareholders must be feeling a little uneasy about these massive profits wondering where the hell it all comes from. Hang on to your hats shareholders this will not last. Look around the world take notice of what is going on.

Just do a u-turn nanna and fling them back. Re - how is this possible - just think of the Emperor who wore no clothes for it's all about usurious interest and illusion.......

    usury, usurious interest
    Source: Australian Law Dictionary
    Author(s): Trischa Mann, Audrey Blunden
Money lending at exorbitant rates; charging of excessive or illegal interest. Historically, usury meant charging interest of any kind
At this point, the word started to take on the meaning of “fake magic” which is what we know today—after all, magicians don’t actually make rabbits appear out of thin air… or do they?

Used to indicate that a magic trick or other illusion has been performed
