What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

BFCSA: Commonwealth Bank a BIG Fraudster BULLY and this is NOT CRICKET: Cricket Fans battling Loan Fraud sickened by CBA sponsorship of Australian Cricket Team

Cricket Fans who are victims of MORTGAGE LOW DOC FRAUD perpetrated by internal frauds within the Commonwealth Bank, must be sickened to see the CBA logo splashed across the Australian Cricket Team's shirts.  If ever there was a good Aussie example of crooked dealers NOT PLAYING with a STRAIGHT BAT, it would be the executive staff at CBA.  It would be like Al Capone sponsoring the Team...................or Charles Ponzi.

The EDR's have powers to demand CBA hand over the Loan Application Forms and other parts of the client files so we can see the FRAUD for ourselves. The reason that the "WITCH BANK" has not handed over files when asked is specifically because THERE IS FRAUD.  That is obvious.

If there was no fraud, the bank would not have to hide behind FOS and seek their protection from angry consumers of TOXIC CBA LOANS. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

From a Member who wants to share their own experiences with this nest of vipers known as CBA:

"Having 3 actions against 2 different banks currently in the FOS system, we have been surprised at the two different  methods of handling our complaints.  St George have abided by requests from FOS; CBA seemingly thumb their noses at ourselves AND FOS, and now CBA charge us INTEREST AT THE DEFAULT RATE OF 17.94% despite not responding to our request for hardship assistance - no wonder they do not wish to act quickly or at all!!

Why all the excuses and delaying tactics in supplying a copy of our LAF (from CBA) - it took us a number of telephone calls over the period 8/4/2013 to 19/6/2013 for us to finally get a copy. One CBA staff person on the 8/4/2013 told me and I quote "we do not hold LAF Form, and my Manager said even if we did we would not make it available" unquote. Finally, we were told CBA could not email it to us, we had to go to our nearest Branch (120km round trip) and collect in person.

Why is FOS and/or their systems so ineffectual when, just by perusing our LAF they can see one of the docs have been signed by someone other than ourselves.  3 different LAF's lodged at three different times all show the same inflated income and or bank?  We don't know, but what we do know is that our life is now filled with gut churning worry day in and day out.

Having worked all of our lives we were set up quite nicely until 5 years ago when our world turned upside down.  Then CBA came knocking.........with a financial strategy and we fell for their nonsense.

Now in our 70's we are faced with a future filled with fear and very definitely the prospect of being homeless.  What a "lucky" country we live in when corporate criminals are laughing all the way to their respective banks and their fat incomes and profits and there is no protection for vulnerable, trusting people who ask for nothing other than what they have worked for all of their lives.

We fear for this country if this situation is allowed to continue.  What can we expect from the future; a life on the road in an old caravan and car along with a lot of other older people who may be just getting by on the pension as the banks have relieved them of their savings and homes. Perhaps we need a "revolution" and take our messages and our grievances on to the streets.

Nothing will change unless ASIC and the banking system is brought under control and made accountable.

Ed: Spot on there - we all buy Caravans and Tents and head to Canberra....................................and convince all Australians - do not borrow a mortgage until these criminals in the banking world are brought to trial and the financial industry totally cleaned up.

Now that the Aboriginal tent city has been dismantled at Canberra, the defrauded bank victims
can start setting up a tent city in its place.

How many fraud cases will it take to get Govt on the page: A Royal Commission into Banking and Finance is needed now.
What do we have to do to get through to the Govt? This was not the work of the borrowers at all. It was done at the Banks and Lenders offices. We had no control over what we could not see or know. Now we have paperwork that demonstrates the evidence of tampering and there is plenty for Banks and Lenders to gain by doing this ie. proving intent is not rocket science. Thus this is fraud. What's taking so long for the Govt to catch on.
    Tent city here we come!

We need to save homes as a team and take these criminals DOWN and put a STOP to all this financial negligence and heartbreak

A tent city at Canberra plus tell every Australian with a mortgage or loan to request their LAF's from the lenders, how many LAF's can be supposedly lost if everyone wants copies of their wet ink contracts? Put pressure on the Abbot government to force the lenders to let us view our original contracts as dictated by law and not run the gauntlet of ASIC, FOS and COSL running defence for their bankster masters stopping us getting full access to the original documentation we all signed. Because of the deficit and David Murray's appointment to head the investigation into the banking sector I don't trust this new government to play hardball with the banksters so as to not rock the financial system. We have tried the normal and orthodox channels in approaching the government and regulators with lack of transparency and care from both, maybe a tent city with appropriate signage might shame and shock them into action although the first hundred days of a new government they seem to go to ground and remain silent when problems arise.

    Time to go duck shooting?

The more stories and comments I read the more horrified and angry I become. What an insult for CBA victims who love cricket! I for one would be tempted to hurl a cricket ball at the telly screen and smash it! I gave up watching TV once all the new bank ads. inviting people to come in and talk to them began to appear for seeing all I saw inviting innocent people to go in and talk to them made me want to throw up. Best thing I ever did for one gets a lot more honest and juicy real news on radio and I have it on in the background as I polish up on the rusty computer and research skills that once upon a time I was paid so well for having. As for ASiC and the ugly duckling - very clever con job convincing the masses that our 4 major banks would never stoop so low and all were as safe as houses and the saints of the Banking World! Hmm - just wait for when Mum and Dad shareholders find out a few home truths! And as for you ANZ - you know what you did and what you failed to do. I know what documents I provided at the time of loan app. yet you only sent me 11 pages. Where are the rest I wonder? Oh no - don't tell me you weighted them with lead and sunk to the bottom of the harbour! Oh dear - did you not think of page numbers on fax copies nor give any thought to checking what went through my accounts?
