What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

BFCSA: Christmas for Banksters Ho Ho Ho

We will be rolling out a great deal of documentary evidence against the Banks over the next two months.  Our Readers will be able to separate fact from fiction at long last.

The Banksters will be wishing they had enough funds to extinguish all loans to make the make the pain go away....the pain the Members will inflict on the perpetrators as we focus on the Master Plan conceived by Bank Engineers during the late 1990's.

The final pieces of the jigsaw have been put in place.  How did the Australian Bank Cartel develop a plan to place one million aussie citizens on a drip feed of debt?  So diabolically evil was their thinking we could be forgiven for calling the operation "The Blood Bank Model."

The key was to make you think you were "creating wealth for self" and Australian Securities and Investment Commission approved these financial products and services via their inattention and gross negligence.  In fact it could be challenged as being Malfeasance in Public Office.

ASIC then made a few House Calls, after I accused them in 2001: "ASIC has never made a House Call to Consumers....these regulatory officers wouldn't even know what a consumer looked like."  

ASIC then decided to venture out to homes and visit consumers, investigating the consumers with possible breaches of the Corporations Act.  However sinister motives were attached and more on that in later blogs.

With ASIC assisted the Banksters with the "Creating Wealth Model" knowing it was risky business dressed up as "safe and secure advice."

I suggested in 1999 that the $250 million (now $350 million) cash cow be channeled into the Consumer Groups to provide badly needed funds to enable Consumers to fight back in a fair and equitable environment.   The cash cow developed by ASIC selling its database to the corporate sector (its a free service in other western countries) has grown into a revenue raiser for the Federal Government.

Consumers could have been protected and ASIC still could have continued protecting Banksters, had the $4 Billion surplus funding pot been handed over to consumer protection groups to challenge these banks.

As our evidence shows, ASIC is utterly corrupted by our monetary system.    Consumer Mums and Dads who are threatened with poverty forever, will not stand for such inequality in our "democratic system."

After being told these loans were a comparable interest rate, no-one realized until too late that the debt could never ever be extinguished.  The Banksters counted on the "secret documentation" never ever being discovered."  The Banksters employed them as an army of Brokers but denied the Brokers were their agents........the truth of the matter is bubbling to the surface.

Whilst ASIC was condoning the Low Doc Scandal and knew of the obvious looming catastrophes, they were in fact protecting their precious Bankster Mates and ignoring the consumer cries for help as they drowned in debt.

No-one threw the consumers a life raft.  ASIC also turned their backs on retirees drowning in stress after the 90 high risk companies of Managed Investment Scans were allowed to proliferate under four outrageous ASIC Chairmen.  They watched the predictable collapses with glee.  As one officer suggested: "consumers have to look after themselves."  Really?

So why do the Banksters need protecting and part from that: "What does ASIC (ASC) really Do?"  Didn't Piers write that article in 1996?

Consumers were protected by legislation as long as there was adequate "enforcement of law."  Yet ASIC luminaries chose to investigate consumers, rather than assist consumers in the discovery of their own files.

ASIC decriminalized that which Parliament deemed as criminal activity.  Even worse, then told Consumers: :"Buyers Beware."   Buyer Beware mentality was replaced by strong consumer protection laws, yet ASIC was too timid to use them>  No enforcement of law, meant more losses for consumers.

ASIC agreed people would lose homes investing in Westpoint in 2000, in closed door discussions, yet forgot to send the memo to the people....Huh?  It waited until the losses blew up to 4 times the figures looked at by the Commissioners in 2001 meetings.

BFCSA's objectives is to encourage all consumers to be well informed and that includes being informed as to what the regulators are doing or not doing and what the Governmental flaws are that need immediate attention.

Our next challenge will be to create a safe haven for industry whistle-blowers and when our library is ready, you will be alarmed at what the documentary evidence reveals that has been accumulating over the past decade.

We need assistance in preparing "gifts" for our favorite Banksters..........Ho Ho Ho.......

    What a bunch of low life grubs..any wonder we all got the same generic responses from ASIC, take your problems
    to FOS we don't want to know about them. They are definitely on the side of bank.
    What chance did we ever have against the corruption ?
    Thank goodness for the media or we would never have known about the fraud.
    And thanks to Denise's for the hard work and dedication or we would all be in the gutter.

    Of course Asic are there on false pretenses as they refuse to help victims of banking crime in critical need.
    It stands out like a red beacon that they are corrupt to the core and in cahuts with the banks and no matter who is Chairman - they all clearly allow themselves to be controlled by the banks. (don't bite the hand that feeds you)

    They would rather roll in their stolen wealth than help the suffering crime victims.

    So much greed and corruption all for the sake of the almighty dollar. Most of these people would be in their fifties and have a warped way of thinking if they don't realise that they only have 20 or 30 years to enjoy their stolen wealth and then what..... what comes next?????
    Remember guys you can't take it with you where YOU'RE going.

    It stands to reason that a percentage of their funding should be allocated to BFCSA - after all Denise does the work that Asic should be doing. They get paid for not doing it and BFCSA DON'T GET PAID FOR DOING IT - HOW'S THAT FOR FAIRNESS AND JUSTICE??

    Australians around the world love solid evidence to back up great stories.
    The Brothers Grimm would have had a wonderous time using the intimidating ogres, evil giants and wicked goblins of Australian Banking and Finance for inspiration! In 50 years time no one is going to able to believe that Australians allowed these money monsters of mythic proportions to rule our land.

    I'm still trying to imagine ASIC doing housecalls!
    Imagine Medcraft and Kell fronting up at your humble door to check you're ok and whether you could use some extra tea, sugar, a box of Kleenex from the left over ASIC stores to last you the next four years while you wait for a refund from the latest MIS money that's gone MIA. Maybe they could throw a few videos in your rescue pack to help cheer you up. Re-runs of Lost in Space come to mind ... or some vintage Dr Who? for victims of the APRA gaps in regulatory management. A copy of "Who Moved My Cheese" for the AOFM skeleton staff at the RMBS Warehouses ...

    It wouldn't surprise me to see Bill Shorten or the Senate Committee putting ASIC on the roast board and carving it up. So much conflict of interest! Small and large Corporation oversight vs consumers large and small complaining about the corporates vs securities which have not proven to be the promised panacea for all bottom line ills and has even accelerated the demise of long established businesses and corporates ... ASICs core business is licencing and registrations: let them get that part right first and trim the fat from their budget with extreme prejudice. That way there will enough to go around to the BFCSA plate to ensure that all Australian Consumers (not just the big & the rich) are cared about, financially safer, protected, defended, advocated for, represented, considered as valuable human beings who will be able to sleep peacefully at night knowing that really experienced watch dogs and guardian angels are looking out for them.
    BFCSA experience. BFCSA care. BFCSA continues to fight for the rights of Australian Consumers and BFCSA can sort the chalk from the cheese. BFCSA are consistently on the side of Aussie Consumers 24/7.

    House calls -- massive joke on us that one

    I will bet penny to a pound that ASIC's definition of doing a "house call" is to get you to go into their "house" (perhaps it really is the 'glass house') to have a nice quiet little chat behind closed doors! Then the truth becomes twisted, contorted, lied about, denied & all manner of muddied waters about you being a naughty person. As to those perpetrators who preyed on you & deceived you, well . . . . same as for APRA, ABA, FOS, COSL, et all . . . . deny, deny, deny with ASIC's protection thrown in for good measure.
