BFCSA
MORTGAGE
DISTRESS SOS

What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Our Members are waking up to the real issues at stake in the world of BIG BANK BULLIES:  BANKS and ASIC CRY: "Blame the Sellers!"

Next they will be saying "Educate the Mice!"

Online  From Wayne:

It is becoming almost crystal clear what seems to be happening at ASIC & you can't help thinking now, it must be the way that it looks:

TOTALLY NOT GOOD
How can you blame the seller of the bread if there was a mouse baked in it?    It is clearly the Manufacturer’s responsibility not the seller!

Now all we have to do is wake up Australian Politicians as to what is going on, including Sen. Sam Dastyari.  The BFCSA submission has not been published as yet (since 8th December).

Plenty of questions when they next wine and dine with Bankers.

Consumers are on the alert and on the warpath.

If what we have alarmingly discovered as a monumental control fraud, is widespread, then when will ASIC start investigating lenders and start blaming the manufacturers - creators of PRODUCT distributed to sellers?

IF BROKERS WANT A BETTER DEAL AND WISH TO HELP those with loans: Here is what they can do
Here is a quick way of finding out whether customers have been duped by the lenders: Ask customers to ring the bank and ask for copy of their LAF that they signed. We know the banks do not ask for Originals. Marry up the lender copy of the same document with broker original and see what transpires. That's what our members have been doing. Stand back for the OMGosh. If bank says "files are missing" ask them what type of filing system they have and why it is in such disarray? Its their latest nonsense to Parliament. CoverUp? Looks like it.

If I were a broker I would be having a serious think about why banks use them to collect the 100 point id "with signatures" which must be submitted with loan applications. Looks to me as if they have all been set up like a row of sitting ducks if any deception is detected! Not something I would want to be paid a pittance for personally in light of how little brokers are paid in commission for the risk factor involved knowing how much profit is earned by banks during the life of mortgage.

well how's the bank going to look when you didn't even use a broker & got your loan straight from the bank & they have no LAF, & dodge figures or no figures at all & you didn't even go into the bank, that might help the brokers out a little. Now, how does the bank explain approving those loans without the relevant documents & figures like LAF, serviceability & so on. It seems unfortunately the brokers are being used as the last stepping stone to the real issue. BANKS, ASSIC & FOS are the real issues & why Australians are suffering extreme loss. The faster we have a Royal Commission into the whole lot of them the better.

also, exactly how does someone with even a hint of finance banning, gain employment at ANZ ? to handle millions of dollars.
their employment application possess reflects a similar view to their loan application process.
