A Win in Court yesterday against PICA LAWYERS - Matt Norman update

Thank you to all of you who have written to me asking how yesterday’s disgrace in court went. I am happy to say that Pica Lawyers attempt to ban me from the Internet was thrown out. I can also report that someone from the media approached me due to the fact that the lawyer for the defendant stupidly got asked to give evidence about things that were totally made up by their client. This opened them up for me to cross examine him which showed that he as the lawyer for his client lied on oath for his client. What is also incredible about yesterday’s court hearing is that the Judge made outrageous statements AGAINST ME which goes against his duty as an impartial judge. Comments made by his honour:

“I know your on this human rights crusade”
“You are suing ————– for ————- what planet are you from, you’re in fairy land” (Speaking of a case currently being heard in the Supreme Court)
“Stop playing games with me Mr Norman, you’ve been playing games with me since day one”.

These comments are incredibly spiteful and when I accused his honour of standing up for his best mate lawyer he quickly denied that he was friends with a lawyer who has told the Melbourne Magistrates Court that he can’t be heard in front of his honour because of their very close relationship”.

My comment to the packed court was “HOW DARE YOU…. HOW DARE YOU”. I believe the reporter was excited to see what happened so i’m pretty sure someone, somewhere will write about it.

I will be releasing the affidavit soon written by solicitor Phillip Bloemen and signed off by his boss Steve Pica of Pica Lawyers which will astound you all. It shows Pica Lawyers as a firm completely in contempt of court and the standard of care in writing a simple affidavit lacking in any legal merit what so ever. My 10 year old would have made less error. None of the facts on this affidavit showed any fact. They couldn’t even get the name of my webpage right and yet relied on stories that they claim were on it.

I am now pursuing a default judgement due to the contempt of court shown by Mr Phillip Bloemen and his partner Mr BIRD and of course the issue which has put this proceeding into the absolute embarrassing and unjust pile for comments made against me by the judge. No doubt there will be more to this story.

I should also say that this firm has now opened up all correspondence between themselves and their clients as they’ve waived privilege. What goodies will we find lurking in them I wonder.

    Hi Matt,
Sounds like it was another interesting day for you!

Mate, I don't have much to contribute in relation to this latest matter, other than my support.

Keep fighting the good fight and ask for assistance from above. To some, this may sound silly, depending on your personal beliefs, however I cannot count the number of times now that, when faced with a curly issue in my own fight, after a little word of thanks and a request for help, the solution (and often much more) have simply landed in my lap. It's like the Big Fella really wants me to pursue this and, to beat the bank.

Keep fighting the good fight and remember that you have many many supporters willing to assist if you need them.

    Talk soon.

Good on you, Matt, standing up to the Establishment who are paid by Aussies to be impartial. All this old hat tug your fore lock, yes your honour, pardon me for breathing sir. I know we are truly beholden to so many wonderful judges over the years for their excellent work but they deserve our accolades on the merits of their conduct and their well considered judgements. Judges are not infallible and they must take this on board. Their position does not automatically entitle them to treat those who question them as beneath contempt. It's not just judges, either. It's a species of class distinction and privilege that exists in Australian society and really doesn't wash with me, due to their lack of empathy and understanding of the realities of the majority. Judges would be wise to listen to what those before them say as they have a rare opportunity to learn something from any feedback they are fortunate enough to catch, no matter how surprising.
